Research On The Development Potential And Upgrading Path Of China's High-tech Service Industry

With the development of economy and the progress of science and technology,economic transformation and industrial upgrading have become the common choice of all countries in the world,and the trend of the change is the service industry.This change has a profound impact on the development of the world economy.Especially in the context of economic globalization,the level of service industry is directly related to the international competitiveness of all countries in the world.At the same time,the development of science and the progress of technology make the service industry combine with the high-tech industry,and give birth to the high-tech service industry,which is the high-end form of the service industry.According to the theory of regional economic development stage of American economist Chenery,the development of economy follows agriculture to industry,industry to service industry.And finally,service industry begins to be divided,knowledge-intensive and technology-intensive service industry will be separated and dominated.Therefore,high-tech service industry is the future development direction of service industry.Its development directly determines the development level of service industry in various countries,and affects the level of economic development and intermational competitiveness of all countries.In order to develop the high-tech service industry better,this paper analyses the development level and development potential of China,s high-tech service industry,and screens out typical provinces and cities to explore the upgrading path of its high-tech service industry.Firstly,this paper combs the relevant literature of high-tech service industry of domestic and abroad,and defines the concept of high-tech service industry accordingly.Then,by combined with the classification standard of high-tech service industry and the code of national economy industry,the range of high-tech service industry studied in this paper is determined.On this basis,this paper studies the development status of national high-tech service industry from two perspectives of added value and economic density,using the statistical yearbook data of China and all provinces,and uses Moran's index and standard deviation ellipse analysis to study the spatial correlation and spatial distribution of high-tech service industry in each province-6 provinces in Beijing,Jiangsu,Zhejiang,Shanghai,Shandong and Tianjin were selected as key provinces.Next,aiming at the whole country and key provinces,this paper constructs two sets of different index systems.The former uses TOPSIS principal component analysis method to evaluate the development potential change of Chinafs high-tech service industry from 2003 to 2016;the latter uses TOPSIS comprehensive evaluation method to compare the development potential of high-tech service industry between six key provinces.Size and choose the key provinces with the greatest potential for development as typical provinces.Finally,according to the typical province,using SWOT analysis method,this paper designs the upgrading path of high-tech service industry,and puts forward suggestions for the development of China's high-tech service industry.Research conclusions are as follows:the areas with better development of high-tech service industry are mainly concentrated in the eastern and coastal areas,including Beijing,Shandong,Jiangsu,Zhejiang and Shanghai;there is no spatial agglomeration of high-tech service industry in the global region;the distribution of high-tech service industry in China is mainly in the North-South direction,and the center is in Linyi,Shandong Province;the development potential of high-tech service industry of China increased first,then decreased;the release rate of development potential of high-tech service industry has been higher than the increase rate;in key provinces,the score of the development potential of high-tech service industry in Jiangsu Province is the highest Based on the above conclusions,this paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to promote the future development of high-tech service industry,such as improving the policy support system,improving and refining the guidance catalogue of high-tech service industry;supporting the development of new industries,increasing support for entrepreneurship;focusing on talent cultivation,strengthening talent reserve;strengthening investment in scientific research and innovation,encouraging and supporting more;guiding investment to policy Concession to attract capital into high-tech service industries and so on.
