Analysis For Regional Competive Level Of Chinese High-tech Industry

With the rapid development of the global economy and the more and more fierce competitive environment for the international trade,China has got remarkable achievement in many industries since Chinese economic reform in 1978,based on the gradual adjusted,updated and optimized economic policies.This outstanding progress includes Chinese High-tech industry and technological innovation has become a critical indicator to measure a country's High-tech industry development.According to National 12 th Five-Year Plan for Science and Technology Development released by Ministry of Science and Technology from China in 2011,we can get the importance and the necessity to push the High-tech industry development.With the gradual adjustment of industrial structure,the gradual improvement of research and development system and the strengthened self-innovation sense for related enterprises,Chinese High-tech industry competitive level has reached a good improvement.Based on the summary of Chinese High-tech industry current overall development,the study of the experts and scholars at home and abroad researches achievement,we found the effect on High-tech industry development from basic research and application research have time-lag effect,the Research on Experimental Development's result is relatively effective for economy growth.Therefore,based on this discovery,this paper has reconstructed the index evaluation system for regional competitive level of Chinese High-tech industry and used the related data from 2009 to 2016 from annual China Science and Technology Statistics Yearbook,by the method of principal component analysis,calculated the regional combined evaluation scores and rank annually in Chinese High-tech industry for the competitive level,and summarized the result from both vertical and horizontal sides.Finally,relied on the results from the analysis,this paper talked about related suggestion in the hope of helping the High-tech industry development or improving parts of the regions' competitive levels.
