Research On The Relationship Of Collaborative Innovation Network,Interactive Learning And Exploratory Innovation

With the rapid development of economy globalization and information technology,enterprise innovation becomes the prominent role to gain competitive advantage.Knowledge and technologies have become the decisive competitive advantage of resources.In the framework of collaborative innovation networks,exploratory innovation is an interactive learning process.Interactive learning can make up the enterprise's lack of knowledge in the process of innovation.So,firms need interact and learn with external organizations,which is more and more important for firm to promote technology innovation.Based on small and medium-sized industrial clusters as the research sample,this paper revolves around the research topic of how firms by netting and interactive learning with other partners inside the cluster to improve their innovation performance.After the interview and questionnaire,found:If the firm want to change the current situation of lacking innovation,it is necessary to break the previous pattern and establish new interactive learning mode with other innovative partners,finally getting richer heterogeneous knowledge to promote firm exploratory innovation.All the three different features of enterprise collaborative innovation network have a significant positive impact on the firm exploratory innovation.Among them,the network heterogeneity is the most significant,which greater than the impact of network openness and network scale;Enterprise collaborative innovation networks influences explore innovation by interactive learning,but the two different interactive learning modes have different effects.Official interactive learning is more significant than informal interactive learning to firm explore innovation.Research conclusions of this study is not only enrich the theoretical level in the relationship of collaborative innovation networks and firm exploratory innovation,also recommend new idea that the stronger learning ability the stronger firm exploratory innovation.While in practice level,firm should choose a reasonable way of interactive learning,in order to obtain different knowledge needed for innovation activities.For example,it can get new knowledge and new technologies by formal interactive learning;it can also form the desired business innovative ideas and strategic planning through informal interactive learning.This provides a new perspective on how to get out the traditional manufacturing clusters of innovation dilemma.
