Technology learning is the process of creating and upgrading its potential capacity based on its existing explicit and hidden resource stock.The cost of technology learning is the key to determine the success of technology learning.How to reduce the cost of technology learning and improve the core competitiveness of the industry or region is also a key question for scholars and policy makers.Collaborative innovation,as an efficient way of production organization,is an important factor to reduce the cost of enterprise technology learning.The existing literature on collaborative innovation and the relationship between the technological learning cost,few studies explore the way and the dimension of collaborative innovation,breadth and depth study of the impact of the cost of technological learning is almost none.In the coma pursued in the process of enterprise technology,technological learning cost is the key to influence technological learning success factors,in order to fill the blank of the previous literature,this article is based on China's regional industrial enterprises in 2009-2015 panel data of production-study-research collaborative innovation way(industrial session collaborative innovation and academic collaborative innovation)and its dimensions(width and depth)for the mechanism of action of technological learning costs.And consider the impact of government support on their relationship.It has been found that the breadth and depth of industry-wide collaborative innovation and academic collaborative innovation have negative influence on the cost of technology learning.The government supports the negative relationship between the breadth and depth of industry-wide collaborative innovation and the cost of technology learning.Government support in the depth of the academic collaborative innovation and technology have a positive relationship between learning cost adjustment,but in academic collaborative innovation breadth and the regulating role in the relationship between technological learning cost is not significant,this may be due to the cooperation between colleges and enterprises is a kind of spontaneous behavior,and less received government support.Our results extend the existing collaborative innovation theory research,but also for the enterprise managers and policy makers together to create a good regional innovation networks provide some guidance.
