With the rapid development of China's economy, the domestic textile and garment enterprises are faced with high competitive pressure of mature markets and external environment. For textile and garment enterprises, improving the technological innovation to increase the added value of products and improving market innovation to increase market share is especially important. Therefore, how to effectively use the enterprise innovation elements to achieve the maximum optimal allocation of resources and improve the enterprise performance is one of the important concerns of business leaders.Based on the above issues and the actual situation of textile and garment enterprises, the adjustment effect of the organizational learning on collaborative innovation and enterprise performance model was built through the related literature summary and the analysis and research, and the corresponding research hypothesis was proposed. Then 243 valid questionnaire was collected from several provinces and cities and analyzed to gain a depth analysis of the organizational learning mechanism of collaborative innovation and business performance.This research mainly innovative work and its conclusion can be summarized as the following two points:(1)The research put forward a conceptual model of collaborative innovation, organizational learning and enterprise performance. The relationship between the cooperative innovation's influence on enterprise performance was studied from the perspective of organizational learning. So this article not only broadens the research perspective of the cooperative innovation, and to some extent compensates for the way to improve enterprise performance study in collaborative innovation research.(2)The organizational learning mechanism of collaborative innovation and enterprise performance was proposed and verified. This paper discussed the learning commitment, Shared vision and open mind in the regulating effect in the different factors of innovation and enterprise performance relationship, finally verifying the organizational learning between the two parts of the adjustment effect, including learning commitment and Shared vision in technical innovation, market innovation, technology and market in collaborative innovation and the relationship between enterprise performance has a significant role in regulating, open mind in technology innovation, technology and market in collaborative innovation and the relationship between enterprise performance has significant adjustment, it is the coordination mechanism innovation and the enterprise performance research.
