Environmental ecological construction,a labor-intensive industry,belongs to engineering construction industry.The lack of human resource management function in this industry is the bottleneck for restricting its development,especially in the performance appraisal-the core link of human resource management.Due to the lack of modern enterprise management concept,many enterprises just employed project manager and core talent with short-term employment,and there is no established systematic and effective performance appraisal system.It cannot motivate the staffs enthusiasm and creativity,and also make high personnel mobility and instability,resulting in lacking of effective guarantee in long-term development of enterprises.Shenzhen Techand Ecology&Environment Co.,Ltd.is the core enterprise of national high-tech and national environmental protection,and is also a leading enterprise of ecological rehabilitation and environmental cornstruction in China.As Techand industry chain resources integration deepening,scale expanding and cross-regional project increasing,the guidance,fitment and incentive of performance appraisal have a great effect on its effective implementation.The performance appraisal should play a role of the baton,and become a sustained growth drive in a rapidly expanding company,which are two challenges and difficulties.After analysis of successful case,industry particularity and the individual particularity of Techand are integrated in the design of the performance appraisal,and the adaptive analysis of the successful experience and feasibility prediction are carried out.Meanwhile,the paper did not just talk about performance.It come up with a performance appraisal for ecological project management mode from the current"workshop" to "profit center" in near future and long-term planning,which was comprehensively considered landing conditions especially the implementation related with the performance of organization control mode,to adapt organizations and business development.In conclusion,the rapid expanding enterprise management—especially the adaptation,implement and the drive problem in performance management—were explored in this study through performance management of Techand in its growing business and flexible performance management practice exploration.This paper is valuable on the organization and performance management to rapidly developing engineering enterprises.
