Study On The Implementation Effect Of Intensive Land Use Policy In Jincheng City

With the rapid development of urban economy,the demand for various types of land has bee n increasing.Urban expansion,economic growth,industrial development and other factors lead to more people and less land,land supply exceeds demand,land resources shortage.With the acceler ation of urban urbanization process,a large number of rural labor began to move slowly to cities and towns in order to make a living,resulting in the increasing number of urban population,the i ncrease of urban population led to prominent contradictions between people and land,land manage ment situation is facing enormous challenges.From the perspective of land conservation and intens ive use,this paper selects the implementation status of land conservation and intensive use policy in jincheng city on the basis of in-depth study of relevant theories.Paper on the basis of economi cal and intensive land use related theories,from 2012 to 2016,Shanxi Province,jincheng formulati on and implementation of the country's land use policy has carried on the comparative analysis,th rough the land use structure of jincheng in 2012-2016,the utilization of land development,land su pply,land saving and intensive conditions such as example,the land use of jincheng policy imple mentation effect are studied,summarized the jincheng now the lack of economical and intensive ut ilization of land policy implementation and the reasons,combined with local actual,The Suggestio ns and countermeasures of perfecting the system,flexible application,strengthening publicity,establ ishing reward and punishment and feedback mechanism,and paying attention to ecological benefits are put forward.
