Since the reform and opening up,enterprises have gradually become the main growth driver of China's economic growth,and corporate funds are extremely dependent on commercial banks.Providing loans to enterprises,commercial banks can obtain better economic profits.Therefore,its service initiative is stronger.Under the current situation,enterprises have developed rapidly,the scale of credit business has increased greatly,their profit margin has increased,and their business prospects are very optimistic.At the same time,the development of commercial bank corporate credit business also has the defects of financing risk and disproportionate scale and high service cost.In particular,one of the risks should be brought to the attention of the bank.Once the management work is not perfect,it is easy to have credit risks,bring losses to the banks,and damage the national interests.Therefore,while advocating the development of corporate credit business,it is of great practical value to study the credit risk management of commercial banks.Based on the above reasons,this paper first discusses the risk management theory of commercial banks' credit business,and on this basis,it analyzes the information asymmetry theory,transaction cost theory and the whole process risk management concept,and expounds the credit risk management system and control method.Secondly,with the research object of A-branch behavior,analyze the current situation of credit risk management of A-branch,the content of A-branch enterprise credit management system,the organizational structure of A-branch,the credit rating and the current status of credit process,and find out the shortcomings of its existence,so as to dig out The reasons for the credit risk management problem of A branch and the corresponding solution strategies are proposed to provide a theoretical reference for credit risk management of commercial banks.Through the research of this paper,the main research conclusions are as follows:(1)A branch has credit system and system in the credit policy and system,the enterprise credit has long management,and the pre-lending approval system is formalized.(2)The organizational structure system in the credit risk management system has not been fully established.The credit management personnel are responsible for all the work of the credit business.There is no special agency to supervise and manage the post-loan management of the enterprise.(3)There is no credit industry guidance in the credit approval mechanism,credit policy guidance is not strong,credit review has no standards,specialization is not strong,rating is heavier,approval authority is weak,and professional reserves are insufficient.(4)The credit risk early warning mechanism has technical backwardness,weak risk assessment capability,and the risk early warning mechanism has not yet established a corresponding quantitative model,and the credit risk management mechanism is still not perfect.(5)The problem of credit risk management of A branch is caused by excessive concentration of examination and approval authority,imperfect credit evaluation system,inadequate prevention of risk,weak quality of credit business personnel and imperfect internal supervision.Combined with the problems found in the research,the countermeasures for further improving the credit risk prevention and resolution of the A branch are:(1)Adjusting the organization and management institutions and innovating the credit risk management system.The commercial bank establishes a system for the due diligence of the applicant company by establishing a credit risk management responsible person system.(2)Accelerate the optimization of business processes.Further refine the pre-lending investigation work of enterprises,formulate strict examination and approval procedures,increase the qualification review of applicant enterprises,and follow up after loan to improve management.(3)Improve the credit risk assessment mechanism.Combine qualitative and quantitative indicators,improve credit rating,and dynamically track corporate credit ratings.(4)Strengthen the introduction and training of credit risk management talents.(5)Strengthen internal audit and information disclosure of credit management.By strengthening the internal audit and information disclosure of credit management,and improving the credit risk exposure and punishment mechanism,it has formed a strong institutional constraint on credit risk prevention and control.
