Study On Facility Agriculture Land Transfer In Xinmin City

Facility agriculture embodies the development of modern agriculture technology.It is a modern agriculture production pattern which provides optimum environment for animals and plants with the combination of engineering equipment technology,biotechnology,environmental technology and information technology.The development of facility agriculture is an essential part of agriculture modernization.However,with the rapid development of facility agriculture and disruption of large-scale land transfer,the conflict between supply and demand becomes intensive.Based on the facility agriculture in Xinmin City,this paper aims to analyze the current existing problems of facility agriculture land transfer in Xinmin City,explore the causes,and put forward suitable solutions for Xinmin City,in the hope of realizing harmonious development of new urbanization and agriculture modernization.Under the background of harmonious development of new urbanization and agriculture modernization,this paper applies case study and interview as main research methods,analyzes the existing problems and gives practical solutions.At first,this paper summarizes the research on this subject both home and abroad,and makes comments.Secondly,this paper gives definition of related conceptions of facility agriculture land transfer,and then uses Marx's theory of land rent and property distribution marketization.Thirdly,this paper describes present situation,points out existing problems and analyzes causes of the subject in Xinmin City.Policy implementation and lack of service system,especially due to the imperfect social security system as well as difficulty in relieving rural surplus labor contribute to slow development.Finally,this paper puts forward countermeasures to improve facility agriculture land transfer in Xinmin City.Perfecting its service system,supplement of award measures,relieving surplus labor are suggested to solve protruding problems.The innovation of this paper lies in combining theory with practice and giving preference for the development of large-scale facility agriculture in Xinmin City.The deficiency is that quantitative analysis on land demand of agriculture facility and scale of approaching land transfer.
