Nowadays,real estate economy changing,market competition intensified,the Real Estate Company management,innovation management,is the key to enhance the core competitiveness in the severe market situation,it is particularly important to marketing management.Real estate sales affected by many factors,however,the development of enterprise marketing strategy is undoubtedly the key.Biguiyuan group China real estate 10 strong enterprises,as a pioneer in overseas real estate,forest city is its overseas investment flagship project,is a continuous development of more than 20 years of the new ecological city of large sample.The success of the forest city project will provide an important reference for our country to enter the international market,and it is also very necessary to explore the marketing strategy of the overseas real estate development.This study based on the theory of real estate marketing,do specific research on Forest City STP strategy,marketing strategy,the actual situation to find out the key factors influencing the project sales,marketing strategy from the perspective of the formulation,implementation and control of the key issues,to promote the work of the project marketing strategy to provide support.I believe that under the guidance of the right strategy,with effective marketing strategy,will make Country Garden Forest City project successfully into the market,but also look forward to our counterparts in overseas real estate development,marketing guidance and reference value.
