Enterprise performance cannot be separated from organizational performance and personal performance.Performance management is through the development of effective performance plans,implementation,evaluation and feedback,through the application of performance results to improve performance results,thereby and continuously improve individual performance and organizational performance can be improved.With the advent of economic information era,and the gradual deepening of the financial system reform,the internet financial enterprises in China are facing the pressure of industry development.The market competition is also increasing.The competition in the internet financial industry is becoming more and more incentive.The development of internet financial industry in China is relatively short,in order to cater the industry change and to maintain a leading position in the market,the strategic,product,and organizational structure becomes complicated,variable and special.Internet financial enterprises urgent need a set of performance appraisal system for improving organizational performance effectively in the face of internal and external survival and competition pressure.Therefore,the design and research of the performance evaluation system of internet financial enterprise has become an important research subject with both theoretical and realistic significance.Yixin is a leading FinTech company in China,specializing in small business and consumer lending as well as wealth management for high net worth and mass affluent investors.It is a Standing Committee member of China's Internet Finance Industry Association and Chairman of Beijing Marketplace Lending Association.The Enterprise cooperation department(hereinafter referred to as QH),is a typical enterprise channel development direction of the company.It is the typical representative of the significance of the domestic industry.By studying the theory,method and process of performance management,analyzing the present situation of the performance appraisal system of Yixin Enterprise,diagnosing the main problems and explores the causes,the current performance appraisal system be putted forward the design and improvement.The design of performance evaluation system in QH is from the following aspects:performance appraisal system framework,performance evaluation index and weight,performance appraisal cycle,performance appraisal methods,the method of conforming,Performance appraisal organization and operation mechanism,the process,application and implementation guarantee of performance appraisal.This study aimed to redesign the performance appraisal system for the internet financial enterprises and to explore the design ideas and practice methods of internet financial companies'performance appraisal system to solve practical problems of enterprises.It could play a hoping to reference and guidance both in internet financial companies and other financial industry companies.
