Infrastructure project is the basis of the development of urbanization in China,is an important support for economic and social development and progress,with a number of participants,the management structure of the cross,the risk factors of complex characteristics,there are different risk factors in all stages of the project.With the acceleration of regional economic integration,the demand for infrastructure and the requirements of the standards are becoming higher and higher.Shougang as to take the lead in the implementation of Beijing,Tianjin and coordinated development strategy,the implementation of the main body development and construction of Caofeidian demonstration area,vanguard,on the other hand is the reform of the state-owned enterprises should do a good job in the early start of the infrastructure project risk management,following the main factory of Beijing park project and Caofeidian Industrial Park construction project and risk management to provide reference and make a good example.In this paper,we systematically studied the related concepts and theories of infrastructure projects,and carried out a more in-depth study on the risk factors,risk identification,risk assessment and risk response strategy.Shougang Caofeidian demonstration zone infrastructure project will inevitably produce a project risk management oversight in all phases of project planning,design,construction and operation,this paper tries to risk factors through the expert investigation method and flow chart method "double confirmation" to the each stage possible recognition,and using AHP comprehensive ranking of risk factors,according to the specific risk factors are analyzed and suggestions are put forward according to the risk response and control measures,the ultimate aim is to give inspiration for other foundation project risk management.
