In recent years,Chinese government has focused on the rural problems.The development of rural circulation industry can be regarded as one way to solve the rural problems.However,the reality of Chinese rural circulation logistics cannot satisfy the needs of the growth of rural production,so that it is time to speed up the development of rural circulation industry.With the rapid development of E-commerce,the organization of circulation have been influenced signifcantly,an even making big changes in circulation industry.Therefore,research on the development of rural circulation in the environment of E-commerce has important practical significance.First,this paper explains the relevant theories and concepts,and then put forward the model of rural two-way logistics in the environment of E-commerce.What,s more,makes description of details about the model.Next,introduced the multi-agent system into the rural two-way logistics system to make the system more effectively.FinaIly,through the fundamental analysis of elements,including enterprises,vehicles,goods,road network,of the rural two-way logistics model,this paper designs a mathematical model about distribution in the rural two-way logistics and applies genetic algorithm to solve the mathematical model.This paper hope to achieve the goals followed,(l)raise the income of all members in the rural circulation system,(2)improve the efficiency of the rural circulation system,(3)increase revenue in rural areas.
