Study On Tourist Safety Perception Of Yuntai Mountain In Anhua County,Hunan Province

From the perspective of safety perception,this study studies the security perception of Yuntai Mountain rural tourist destination in Anhua County,Hunan Province under the background of the rapid development of rural tourism.Driven by the favorable policies of the government,as the leisure time increases gradually,people often choose to return to the countryside to relax their pressure.The simple natural environment and humane environment are often the best choice for tourists to travel in a short time.However,rural tourist destinations are generally located in relatively remote and underdeveloped places.As a result,whether or not tourists take into account the possible security situation during the trip and their perception of the security situation in the course of the trip It has become the content of this thesis.This study selected Yuntai Mountain rural tourism area in Anhua County as the research place,using questionnaire survey,mathematical statistics analysis and other methods to analyze the primary data obtained from the natural environment safety perception,social environment security perception,etc.Visitors were investigated in six aspects:safety perception of entertainment facilities and activities,safety perception of traffic,safety perception of medical and health care and safety perception of accommodation.The main contents of this study are the survey of tourists' general safety perception of rural tourist destinations,the investigation of tourists' security perception of six aspects of Yuntai Mountain,and the comparative study of tourists' safety perception and expectation.And on the basis of the results of the above three major contents,The conclusions are as follows:(1)The security awareness of tourists needs to be improved,the access to security information is single,and the scope of attention is not comprehensive.18.1%of the tourists did not pay attention to security issues at all or did not pay attention to them.The main way for tourists to obtain security is through the network,and the most important concern for tourists is social environmental security.Among the main reasons of many safety problems,24.9%of the tourists think that the most important reason is that the tourist safety facilities are not perfect,and the second is that the tourism employees are not responsible for their work.(2)Tourists are not optimistic about Yuntai Mountain's tourism security perception,and the tourists' actual security perception is not up to the expected level.From the analysis of the six dimensions,only 5 of the 29 projects have a mean score of above 4,which are respectively climatic conditions,social security,and the degree of attention that the local government attaches to tourism security.Local customs and taboos adapt to the situation,local residents attitude towards tourists.The other measurement values are between 3-4 minutes,so the perception of the measurement is not very optimistic,which shows that Yuntai Mountain tourism security problems need to be solved in these aspects.Whether from the data analysis of six dimensions or from the measurement and analysis data of single index,the expectation value of tourists is higher than the perceived value of tourists,and the tourists have a negative state to the whole Yuntai Mountain tourism security situation.Especially in the recreational facilities and activities security,medical and health security,traffic safety and accommodation security.(3)The overall satisfaction of tourists to Yuntai Mountain rural tourism experience is higher.From the perspective of overall satisfaction,78.1%of the tourists are satisfied with the overall environment of Yuntai Mountain.From the point of view of re-visiting intention,28%of the tourists clearly indicated that they would not go to Yuntai Mountain again for the rural tourism experience,so,Yuntai Mountain should focus on making tourist products attractive to tourists on the premise of ensuring tourism safety.From the point of view of recommendation intention,68.3%of tourists are willing to recommend Yuntai Mountain to their friends,indicating that Yuntai Mountain Tourism is still worth visiting.
