Research On The Participation Of State-owned Enterprises In Precision Poverty Alleviation In Putian City

Eradicating poverty has been the ideal and common mission of mankind since ancient times.Since the communist party of the eighteenth big,comrade xi as the core of the new central collective leadership attaches great importance to poverty alleviation and development work,a central work conference on poverty alleviation and development,to win the battle poverty has carried on the comprehensive deployment.As an important social force,enterprises actively participate in targeted poverty alleviation and fulfill their social responsibilities,playing a decisive role.Taking the practice of fujian tobacco company putian city company participating in targeted poverty alleviation as an example,this paper applies the interactive governance theory to analyze the problems existing in the intervention of state-owned enterprises in targeted poverty alleviation.This paper is divided into five parts.The first part is the introduction,mainly introducing the research background and significance,systematically summarizing the theoretical research and practical exploration of enterprise poverty alleviation at home and abroad,and then sorting out the research problems in this paper.The second part is the investigation and analysis of putian state-owned enterprises'participation in targeted poverty alleviation.This paper aims to analyze the effects and problems of state-owned enterprises'participation in targeted poverty alleviation in putian city fiom the results of the questionnaire survey,so as to pave the way for the analysis of problems in the governance mechanism in the following chapters.The third part,based on the survey results and analysis of the second part,analyzes the effectiveness,existing problems and causes of state-owned enterprises'participation in targeted poverty alleviation at a deeper level.The fourth part is the reference and inspiration for the advanced experience of poverty alleviation practice of domestic and foreign enterprises,introducing the pilot experience of various provinces and regions in China,so as to provide a reference for the development of this study.P five is about the policy Suggestions on promoting the participation of state-owned enterprises in targeted poverty alleviation in putian city.In the third part,on the basis of the problems existing in the mechanism of state-owned enterprises'participation in targeted poverty alleviation in putian city,and with the help of the theoretical tools of governance theory,this part puts forward some policy Suggestions,such as optimizing the procedures for the implementation of targeted poverty alleviation policies and promoting the poverty-stricken households to get rid of poverty.Due to the limited ability of the author,there are many deficiencies in the depth of research.
