| In recent years,under the stimulation of a series of favorable policies,the number of inspection and detection institutions in China has developed so rapidly that the competition in the industry which concerns the inspection and detection institutions has been intensified.As a private third-party testing company,the Company A’s main business is focusing on engineering quality inspection.The Company A is not only facing fierce competition in the industry in its stage of development but also facing the difficulty of the construction quality inspection business increment due to the slow growth of the construction industry.The main research purpose of this paper is how to formulate feasible strategy,promote the core competence of Company A.This paper takes the Company A as the object of the study.First,the paper also analyses the external environment by utilizing the PEST model and the Porter Five Force model.Secondly,it analyzes the market competition of the company through studying the company’s internal materials and data.Finally,the advantages,disadvantages,opportunities and threats of the company are analyzed by SWOT model.Based on the analysis of SWOT model,the paper puts forward the differentiation competitive strategies and the implementation measures for the Company A.It can provide theoretical guidance for the future development of the Company A.And hopefully in can provide some suggestions for the development of similar companies.By conducting a research,this paper comes to the following conclusions.Firstly,the Company A should choose the growth strategy of multi-development,which needs to carry out by optimizing the organization and function of the company.Secondly,the guarantee measures for the implementation of the Company’s strategies include the followings:strengthening the technological innovation,optimizing the management of human resources,and strengthening the construction of enterprise culture are necessary speeding up the transformation of the company’s platform,strengthening the brand construction,and establishing the strategic performance appraisal mechanism.This paper is divided into seven chapters.The first chapter is the introduction which introduces the background and significance of the thesis,as well as the main research content and research framework of the thesis.The second chapter introduces the basic concepts,characteristics and significance of strategic management,as well as PEST model,Porter Five-forces analysis model and SWOT model.The third chapter analyzes the testing industry.The fourth chapter analyzes the market competition of the Company A and Segment Market of Testing Industry.In the fifth chapter,SWOT model is used to analyze the competitive strategies.The sixth chapter is about the safeguard measures for the Company A’s development strategies.The seventh chapter concerns the conclusion of the study and prospects of thesis. |
