Research On Oversea Business Process Reengineering Of L Company

With the deepening development of the payment application innovation,Chinese payment equipment manufacturers are leading a huge change in payment methods,which will have a significant impact on all aspects of global economic society and public life.This paper takes the supply chain process of L company's overseas business as the research object,and focuses on the new process of reengineering the overseas business without affecting the domestic business process.Based on the analysis of the current situation of supply chain management in L company's domestic business and the demand of overseas business,this paper summarizes the main problems of L company's overseas delivery process,such as unable to support parts and components shipment,complex operation mode,no one to follow orders,low order delivery timeliness,etc.The causes of the problems are analyzed in depth,such as the lack of bill of materials,the imperfect business model which can not support the complete set of bulk materials,the unequal rights and responsibilities,and the flexible reserve mechanism that one yard of multi-material material is misappropriated.Secondly,based on the analysis of the problems and causes of L company's overseas business supply process,this paper uses ESIA tools to design the process.By deleting the process that does not add value to the overseas business,creating the supply mode to simplify the operation mode,adjusting the organizational structure and IT automation of the process,the new process meets the development needs of L company's overseas business.Finally,the paper explains the implementation guarantee of process reengineering and evaluates the effect of process reengineering.L company's overseas supply service has been greatly improved in team management,supply capacity,supply efficiency and quality.The research results of this paper can be used as a reference for similar domestic enterprises to manage and optimize the supply process of overseas business.
