Research On Bank-Finance Cooperation Model Of JN Branch Of ZX Bank

Corporate banking is the main source of profit for commercial banks.As the pillar of corporate banking sector,government customers have made important contributions to the profit sources of commercial banks.Compared with enterprises,the relationship between commercial banks and the government is always closer.From the perspective of banking business development,the relationship between bank and government directly determines the market position and brand image of a commercial bank.According to the"Measures for the Identification of Institutional Customers of Commercial Banks",government customers can be divided into four categories:government departments,military units,public institutions and corporate associations.Among them,financial customers are the main marketing objectives of government customers.As the fund manager of the government,the financial department not only dominates the revenue and expenditure of all kinds of government funds,but also forms the upstream and downstream relationship of fund circulation with various budget units,which has a leading and guiding role.Therefore,commercial banks generally regard the financial department as the core strategic customer and vigorously develop the Bank-financial cooperation.In recent years,the cooperation between banks and finance has begun to take shape.However,due to the deepening reform of fiscal and taxation system and the development of economy and society,the policy environment and system mechanism faced by financial departments at all levels have undergone significant changes.Fiscal and taxation behavior will also be adjusted,which will inevitably have a profound impact on the traditional mode of cooperation between banks and finance and the path of development.At the same time,the state has increased the development of public utilities such as livelihood security,culture and education,and expanded the scope of business cooperation between commercial banks and customers of various institutions.This requires commercial banks to have an early insight into the financial policy situation,to look forward to the strategic development plan of the business of institutions,to innovate and enrich business models,and to lay a solid foundation for the high-quality development of the banking-financial cooperation business in the next period.Based on a comprehensive summary of existing research literature,this paper first defines the concepts of banking-finance cooperation,systematically studies the historical origin and development trend of banking-finance cooperation business,and examines the evolution path of the relationship between government and banks under the change of economic system.Secondly,this paper chooses the bank-finance cooperation model of JN Branch of ZX Bank as an anatomical case.From the perspective of the development strategy of financial business of commercial banks,this paper uses PEST and SWOT methods to analyze and elaborate the internal and external environmental factors affecting the development of business.According to the results of analysis,it puts forward the optimization path and improvement direction of bank-finance cooperation business.Finally,the paper puts forward the guarantee of the implementation of the strategy of bank-finance cooperation from the aspects of organization and system construction,which can provide a practical basis for the high-quality development of the business of institutions,as well as regional market share and brand influence.At the same time,through the new mode of bank-finance cooperation,the financial sector has also been helped to improve the operational efficiency of public finance,forming a win-win situation between banks and finance.
