As an important production organization of agricultural products,farmer cooperatives have an indispensable and important position in the process of the development of modern agriculture in our country.With the reform and development of land circulation system in our country,the circulation area of agricultural land tends to increase year by year,and the growth rate is fast.The development of agricultural cooperatives in our country has always been closely related to the reform of the land system.The scale of farmer cooperatives' circulation of land adapts to the requirements of the times for the development of modern agriculture in our country.By concentrating the economic factors of rural production,the scale,intensification,Modern agricultural management mode,thus promoting the rapid development of rural economy.In the current circulation of rural land,emerging economic organizations urgently require cooperatives to formulate strategies for cope with changes in the internal management system and the external business model.This article focuses on the farmer cooperatives in Chengdu as the research object,first of all,analyzes in detail the impact of scale conversion of land transfer on farmer cooperatives and the effect of the assessment.In the process of reform of land transfer,Chengdu has had a positive impact on the development of farmer cooperatives while also having a negative impact.The positive impact of land transfer on the development of farmer cooperatives in Chengdu is mainly due to the scale of land transfer that makes the development of cooperatives possible.The transfer of land accelerates the circulation of land resources and the concentration of factors of production.The cooperatives that assist in the transfer of land receive more government policy Support and the protection of the relevant legal system;also received the support and participation of farmers.However,the negative impact of land transfer on the development of farmer cooperatives in Chengdu is mainly reflected in the fact that the land transfer has forced most of the peasants to work in cities.The lack of manpower restricts the innovation and development of farmer cooperatives.The precondition for the cooperatives to promote land transfer is smooth financing.However,The land circulation has nurtured emerging economic organizations and impacted the market position of cooperatives.Furthermore,the non-agriculturalization of land through external land transfer will limit the scale development of cooperatives.Based on the survey of the basic situation,the status quo of land circulation and the mode of operation and development in three typical farmer cooperatives in Chengdu City,this paper analyzes the status quo of land circulation in Chengdu Farmer Cooperatives and the development process of farmer cooperatives In the situation.The study found that all three cooperatives encountered bottlenecks in their early stages of development.However,all three cooperatives improved their development paths through innovation,and sought for solutions through innovation.This led cooperatives to rapidly enter the development track and gradually increase their market share in the process of land circulation.Competitive strength,to ensure the sustainable and stable development of cooperatives.Finally,taking into account the improved model of three typical farmer cooperatives in Chengdu described above,aiming at the problem of phased development of the farmer specialized cooperatives in the process of land transfer in Chengdu at the present stage,the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.In the internal environment,farmer cooperatives should innovate diversified financing channels to solve the construction of short-term funds;strengthen education and training of peasants to enhance the value of human resources of cooperatives;implement integrated product services and grasp fixed consumer markets;and profit-making modes of innovative industries,Extend the value chain of agricultural products;In addition,we must also strengthen internal construction,detailed implementation details to ensure that the legitimate rights and interests of farmers to join uninvited.In the external environment,cooperatives should focus on enhancing their own competitiveness and expanding cooperation with emerging economic organizations to form a healthy market competition.
