Regional Economic Cooperation Under The Framework Of Western Railway Tourism Research

As a major regional economic cooperation trends, grand tourism has become the common choice of the mode in development of the domestic tourism industry in many regions. The integration of the role of the regional cooperation in tourism has already been reflected the natural resources, human resources, information, logistics, and other aspects. Regional cooperation in tourism boom has also reached an unprecedented height. Because of the backward situation in Western tourism cooperation, this paper takes railway tourism as the starting point. Writer wants to take use of the point - Axis Theory to make tourism space layout and promote the cooperation in tourism.As a conceptual tourism product, railway tourism is accepted by more and more tourists, it also demonstrated its market value. Railway tourism based on the hardware facilities and the resources integration along the railway, to achieve a new round of the tourism product development and integration. With the opening of the Qinghai-Tibet railway completed, people's enthusiasm on the railway which is convenient and comfortable is also running high.This paper analysis the tourism resources, the railway passenger transport, development of tourism in Xi'an - Maryland - Yinchuan by research literature, and takes the survey result from tourists as basis of the improvement of cooperation in tourism and related services, position on the regional tourism image and the tourism slogan, designs specific tourist route, on the basis of increased input to improve the tourism train services, entertainment. Tourists would started their experience of the journey when they board on the trains. It is said that government, enterprises, railway, non-governmental organizations play a functional role of the effectiveness of mechanisms and establish a tourism cooperation mechanism model.
