With the rapid development of China’s economy,talents have become the foundation of enterprise development,and also an important force to help enterprises occupy a favorable position in the market.Therefore,how to cultivate and use talents has become a key indicator of the core competitiveness of enterprises.one.In the fierce market competition,the flow of talents is the normal performance of talent selection and profitability,but the excessive loss of talents will have a very negative impact on the development of enterprises.The construction industry is a traditional industry relying on technology.Talents,especially technical talents,are important to the stability and development of the construction industry.At present,the amount of technical talents in the construction industry has accumulated to a large amount.It has caused a qualitative change and has become a vicious brain drain phenomenon.The loss of technical talents has had a serious impact on the development and progress of the construction industry.It not only increases the operating costs and user costs,but also indirectly affects the working conditions of existing employees and customer satisfaction.Based on this,how to attract talents,especially technical talents to enter the enterprise and stabilize in the enterprise,is an important guarantee for the enterprise to stand in an invincible position in the market competition.This article takes this as an entry point and takes X Construction Company as a practical case.Through literature research method,questionnaire survey method and case analysis method,it conducts in-depth research on the status quo of enterprise technology brain drain and problem solving.The article is divided into five parts: firstly,the introduction part,through the integration of research status at home and abroad,constructs the research framework of the paper from the macro level.Secondly,it is the theoretical review part.Through the planning of the company’s follow-up brain drain prevention measures,the theoretical basis for the company’s follow-up talent flow prevention measures planning is established.Then,for the current situation and reasons of the brain drain of X Construction Company,through the actual data related to the loss of enterprise technology talents,analyze the current situation of X-building company’s technical talent loss.According to the interview investigation method,the X-building company’s salary system is unreasonable,the employment mechanism is flawed,the incentive mechanism is insufficient,the employee social security mechanism is not perfect,and the corporate culture is lacking.Then,combined with market development and Xconstruction company operation trends,by meeting the diversified needs of technical talents,formulating a competitive compensation system,establishing targeted technical talent career planning programs,and establishing a scientific talent performance appraisal mechanism.To improve the social welfare security mechanism and build a good corporate culture system to establish the X-building company’s brain drain guarantee mechanism.Finally,it puts forward the four aspects of adhering to the talent-oriented scientific development concept,increasing the external assistance of talent resources,improving the early warning system for technical talents,and strengthening the organization’s safeguards to promote the effective implementation of the talent guarantee mechanism.
