Research On The Factors Affecting The Performance Of Urban Rail Transit Infrastructure PPP Project

Economic development,traffic first.In recent years,China's economic development has undergone a new normal.China's demand for urban rail transit infrastructure has increased dramatically.Since 2014,the state has encouraged the private sector to participate in infrastructure construction.Therefore,the introduction of PPP models in urban rail transit infrastructure projects received more attention.The successful implementation and benefit of Beijing Metro Line 4 made scholars begin to explore the key to the effective implementation of PPP urban rail transit infrastructure projects,that is,the impact factors of performance evaluation became a research hotspot.In this context,this paper uses the structural equation model to analyze the performance influencing factors and action paths of PPP urban rail transit infrastructure projects,and finally determines 11 key factors.In order to provide some reference for the effective implementation of future PPP urban rail transit infrastructure projects.Firstly,based on the characteristics of PPP urban rail transit infrastructure projects and the research status at home and abroad,the paper identifies 35 influencing factors of PPP urban rail transit infrastructure project performance evaluation through combing and summarizing a large number of documents.The form of expert interviews is determined,and finally 34 factors are determined and divided into project characteristics,financial financing and market development,innovation and learning organization creation,stakeholder satisfaction and process control.Secondly,based on the questionnaire research method,the questionnaire was distributed and collected,and the reliability and validity of the 333-point questionnaire returned by SPSS were tested to prove the reliability and validity of the questionnaire data.Sexuality lays a soliddata foundation for the analysis of the factors affecting the performance of PPP urban rail transit infrastructure.Finally,through the structural equations,AMOS22.0 is used to modify and optimize the performance influencing factors model of PPP urban rail transit infrastructure to ensure the fitting effect.Through the path analysis,the five main paths of PPP urban rail transit infrastructure project performance influencing factors are obtained,and the contribution of each influencing factor to the performance evaluation of PPP urban rail transit infrastructure projects is ranked by factor load and path coefficient.It is determined as the first-level factor,the second-level factor and the third-level factor.Finally,according to the key performance factors,the countermeasures for the effective implementation of the PPP urban rail transit infrastructure project are proposed.
