Study On The Influencing Factors Of Agricultural Insurance Willingness To Participate In Insurance

In 2018,nearly 200 million farmers received 3.34 trillion yuan via policy agricultural insurance.1.1 billion mu of grain crops were insured.More than 60 million farmers are compensated.Payments exceed $40 billion.The interests of farmers and poor households are guaranteed.Agricultural insurance has become an important source of funds for post-disaster reconstruction.Agricultural insurance can promote precise poverty alleviation and the work of "agriculture,countryside and farmers".Agricultural insurance can defuse risks,ensure production,income stability,promote industrial transformation and upgrading,and agricultural development.With the steady progress of agricultural rural development and agricultural reform,the problem of insufficient supply of agricultural insurance is gradually highlighted.What kind of agricultural insurance system should be established should be explored and perfected continuously.For example,how can farmers accept agricultural insurance more easily?What are the factors affecting their willingness to participate in insurance?Whether the government needs subsidies?How to subsidize to maximize benefits?To solve these problems,we need to investigate and study the influencing factors of demand desire.This is related to the sustainable development of agricultural insurance.This paper first introduces the development of agriculture and the occurrence of natural disasters.This paper summarizes and analyses the collected data and information.Understanding the Achievements and Challenges of Agricultural Development.Fully understand the urgency of developing agricultural insurance.Secondly,from September to October 2018,we investigated the development of agricultural insurance in Zibo,Dezhou and Weifang.From the perspective of government organs,insurance institutions and farmers,we can understand the situation of agricultural insurance participation.Finally,we collect data through questionnaires and make an empirical study with Logistic model.This paper explores the influencing factors of Demand Desire,and puts forward policy recommendations based on the actual situation.For example,we should strengthen publicity and enhance the awareness of insurance participation;increase subsidies;improve security standards,expand insurance coverage and increase insurance types;encourage innovation;support the development of agricultural products insurance with distinctive advantages;support farmers with large-scale operation;improve technology,establish information sharing platform;strengthen the introduction and training of talents;improve disaster risk reserve mechanism;improve supervision measures,laws and regulations.
