Today,agricultural products still play an important role in China's export products.Among them,edible fungi are playing an increasingly important role in China's agricultural product export market.Make a reasonable evaluation of the attractiveness of China's edible fungi in the export market,and control the index of the competitiveness of edible fungi in China.Focusing on enhancing the competitiveness of edible fungi will not only help increase exports,but also promote the improvement of the income of related industries and individuals,and promote the sound development of employment in China.Since China's accession to the WTO,the edible fungus industry has been rapidly developed,and its export volume has also been significantly improved.The trade volume has also maintained a surplus throughout the year.It can be said that edible fungi-related products have become the main agricultural products for China's export-oriented foreign exchange.It has largely compensated for the trade deficit of Chinese agricultural products in the international trade market.Furthermore,the export of edible fungi industry plays an important role in the income of farmers in China,the prosperity of the rural economy,the maintenance of the agricultural ecological environment,and the export of foreign exchange.Although China is a big producer and exporter of edible fungi,compared with some Western countries,there are still many gaps in the edible fungus products exported by China.This is easily affected by some uncertain factors in the market,affecting China's consumption.The export volume of bacteria;the international demand market requires edible fungi for environmentally friendly packaging,in addition to various trade restrictions,which greatly hinders the export quantity and benefits of edible fungi in China;in addition,China's own development ofedible fungi,product quality requirements and Production and processing technologies have also affected the export of Chinese edible fungi.Based on the current export situation of edible fungi in China,this paper focuses on the relationship between the export of edible fungi and its international competitiveness.The competitiveness effect of the investigation is the main reason that affects the increase and decrease of the export scale of edible fungi in China.There is a positive correlation between the two sides.In addition,for the international competitiveness of China's edible fungi,this paper made an overall assessment,there are six reference indicators,including the symmetric comparative advantage index,export market share and quality upgrade index.On this basis,it is concluded that the international competitiveness of Chinese edible fungi is mainly affected by the following aspects,such as international pricing of products,standardization of production,product quality,and international trade restrictions...
