In recent years,with the rapid development of industry,the resources are over exploited and consumed seriously,which pollute the natural environment and sound the alarm of environment and resource crisis.Therefore,the problem of environment and resources has become a hot issue of common concern all over the world.In addition,in order to meet the needs of consumers,manufacturers tend to diversify and personalize their products,accelerate the pace of renewal,and shorten the life cycle of the products rapidly.As a result,the number of products that have been eliminated and abandoned by consumers has increased year by year.Therefore,the recovery and reuse of waste products has become a hot issue urgently needed to be solved in the society,and the quality of recovered products directly affects the recovery of recycled products.Price and remanufacturing costs play an important role in the operation of closed-loop supply chain.On the basis of the differences in the quality of recycled products,this paper studies the decision-making problem of the supply chain members participating in the recycling of waste products,studies and combs the existing literature,and establishes the corresponding decision-making recovery model.And using game theory and operational research-related knowledge theory to solve,analysis and draw a conclusion.The main contents of this paper are divided into two parts:The first part studies the recovery decision-making problem of each closed-loop supply chain of a single recovery channel based on the difference of recovery quality,and discusses three single recovery modes: direct recovery by the manufacturer(M model).Retailers reclaim separately(R model)and third-party recyclers separately(3P model).The results show that although the increase in the quality and maximum recovery price of recycled products increases the price of used and used products,the impact on the decision-making of each supply chain member is the opposite.The improvement of the quality of recycled products can effectively increase the recovery rate of waste products,reduce the remanufacturing cost,retail price and wholesale price of the products,and make the supply available.The benefits and total benefits of all parties involved in the chain are constantly improving;When manufacturers are not involved in recycling,raising the transfer price of recycled products can effectively increase the recovery rate of used and used products,while the impact trends on wholesale prices,retail prices and the profits and total profits of each member of the supply chain vary.When the manufacturer reclaims directly,the change of transfer price has no influence on the decision-making;But the increase of single recovery scale coefficient is disadvantageous to the operation of the whole closed-loop supply chain.The second part studies the recycling decision-making problem of closed-loop supply chain of mixed recovery channel based on the difference of recovery quality,and discusses three pairwise mixed recovery modes: manufacturer-retailer joint recovery(M-R model).Manufacturers and third-party recyclers reclaim together(M-3P model)as well as retailers and third-party recyclers(R-3P model).The results show that when the quality of recycled products is improved,the manufacturer's manufacturing cost decreases,the demand increases,and the profit of each member of the supply chain increases.When manufacturers or retailers participate in recycling,manufacturers and retailers maximize their own profits When third-party recyclers participate in recycling,they will choose to co-operate with manufacturers to achieve the maximum benefit when third-party recyclers participate in the recycling of waste and end-of-life products.Finally,based on the conclusions obtained from these two parts,the influence of the quality of recycled products on the decision-making and operation of closed-loop supply chain is obtained from the aspects of recycling,manufacturing and marketing of waste and end-of-life products.
