Research On The Model And Coordination In Closed-Loop Supply Chain With Combination Recovery Channel

As the sociaty develops, the problems of the resource scarity and the evironment pollution become more and more serious, even hazard human sociaty development.In order to coodinate the economy model with the evironment and the resource, all countries are making or going to make related laws to ask manufacturers to recycle used products, not only aleviating the environment pollution, but also reusing resources. This make manufacturers face the chanllange of combining and optimizing traditional forward logastics and contry logastics. Lots of researchers and enterprises begin to study more enviromental supply chain model, and have achieved some achievments. The closed-loop supply chain is an achievment under this case.Closed-Loop Supply Chain Management is a trend in modern enterprises management, it is a new research area based on the conventional supply management. With the study deeping, people have investigated it futher graduatlly, and gives classificantion,optimization and coordination. But, the current researches all are carrying on the premise of having single recycling channel. In fact, under lows based on extended producer responsibility made by goverments, only taking one recycling channel will not be the best method. Many factors decide that taking some channels combination to recycle used products is more realistic. Well, choosing which closed-loop supply chain combine model, and how to optimize it in the condition of the company's own, is very important for the manufacturers'profits.This paper mainly studies the closed-loop supply chain combine models and coodination on premise of using combine rrecycling channels. This paper first study the closed-loop supply chain models with combine recycling channels,basing on some former reshearches, and analyzes the best model for manufacturers under different situations on premise of manufacturers dominating. And this paper also studys the coodination problem for the closed-loop supply chain with this kind of structure. This paper takes supply chain contract as tool, introduces the revenue sharing contract combining with "two part tariff" thought, and discusses the improving revenue sharing contract's fuction on coodinating the closed-loop supply chain with different combine recycling channel. Also, we proved that the contract could coordinate the supply via the numerical analysis.
