Study On The Relationship Between Economic Linkages And Geo-Economic Relations Between Cities In Ningxia

Ningxia Hui Autonomous Region,as a necessary place for The New Silk Road Economic Belt,is the core area of carrying out the strategy in China,and plays an extremely important role in the construction of "The New Silk Road Economic Belt ".The gradual strengthening of economic links among cities in Ningxia is the inherent development requirement of this strategy.Therefore,it is necessary to have a thorough understanding of the external economic links and economic relations between cities in Ningxia in order to strengthen economic links among cities and improve the geo-economic relations among cities.Under the current historical opportunity and the new normal pattern of economy,it is very important to study the economic relations and geo-economic relations between cities in Northwest Minority areas.With the help of the revised Gravity Model and the Euclidean Distance Model,this paper makes an empirical analysis of the economic and geo-economic relations among Ningxia cities,which provides a more reliable reference and decision-making basis for clarifying the strength,direction and geo-economic relations of the external economic relations among Ningxia cities,building a reasonable economic spatial structure and establishing a healthy and sustainable urban economic relationship.This paper is divided into six parts.The first part is the introduction,which introduces the research background and significance,research methods,content and framework.The second part is the theoretical basis and literature review.This paper mainly introduces the relevant concepts,reviews the theories related to urban economic relations and geo-economic relations,and collates and reviews the relevant literature at home and abroad.The third part is the construction of the measurement model of inter-urban economic relations and geo-economic relations.The modified gravitational model and Euclidean distance model are constructed.The fourth part is the correlation analysis of Ningxia urban economy.This paper mainly makes a comparative analysis of the economic aggregate,quality and flow indicators,and tests the convergence and correlation of some economic indicators.The fifth part is the analysis of the economic relations between cities and the geo-economic relations in Ningxia.By using the revised Gravity Model and Euclidean Distance Model,this paper theoretically measures the strength,direction and geo-economic relationship of the city's external economic links.The sixth part is the conclusion and policy recommendations.The main conclusions are as follows: Economic relevance.Ningxia has a good correlation of economic indicators among cities,but the coordination of economic development among cities still needs to be improved.The urban economic development degree of Ningxia is increasing from the south to the north.The economic development effect of the cities in the north-central part of Ningxia is better than that of the cities in the south.Economic linkages.The economic relationship between cities in Ningxia presents a pattern of "tightening the north and thinning the south".The economic relationship between cities in northern Ningxia is relatively close,while that between cities in southern Ningxia is relatively distant.In addition,the strength of inter-city economic ties is inversely proportional to the distance between urban roads and the comprehensive strength of cities,and the direction of inter-city economic ties is inversely proportional to the distance between urban roads.The matching of economic and and develop the poles of economic growth and enhance the centralization and radiation capacity of central cities.Relying on the current favorable development opportunities,we should continue to cultivate the growth pole of Yinchuan,the central city in the region,so as to make its economic radiation capacity play a significant role in southern Ningxia.Develop secondary central cities,actively take on the radiation drive of central cities,and form a good urban docking and functional transformation.Third,we must rely on the development strategy of "one belt and one road" to rationally position the advantages and functions of cities.Taking advantage of the policy advantages of the inland open economic pilot area and the permanent hosting place of China-Arab Exposition,we will actively develop the advantageous and characteristic industries such as wine,wolfberry and cashmere products to promote the sustained growth of urban economy.Fourthly,we should adjust our strategies to enhance complementarity and establish healthy and sustainable urban economic relations.Accurately grasp the inter-city geo-economic relations,timely adjust the competitive urban economic relations,promote the coordinated development of inter-city economy,and form a good situation of rational allocation of resources and mutual learning of advantages among cities.For complementary urban economic relations,we should continue to deepen cooperation and explore greater possibilities for inter-city cooperation.
