Research On My Country's Internet Financial Risk Management

Since the 21 st century,Internet finance has increasingly penetrated into the traditional financial industry.With its innovative mode and diversified business mode,it has promoted the profound reform of the financial market,and numerous new forms of Internet finance have emerged.We should treat the rapid development of Internet finance and its impact on the traditional financial industry dialectically.On the one hand,we should promote the in-depth integration of Internet finance and traditional financial industry,and promote the transformation and upgrading of traditional financial industry.On the other hand,we should actively find solutions and corresponding solutions to the emerging risks and challenges.In this paper,the development process of Internet finance is divided into three stages,which are the generation stage of Internet finance,the development stage of Internet finance and the mature stage of Internet finance.It can be seen that the Internet has entered the golden period of development,bringing earth-shaking changes to our life.This article also analyzes the financial influence on traditional financial industry,the Internet makes information exchange,mutual melting speed up the capital allocation efficiency,innovation,the trade channel,reduce the transaction costs,the Internet financial with its unique advantages to break the traditional monopoly of the financial industry,promote the financial industry rapid development,to develop in the direction of more pratt &whitney,more democratic.In the process of the development of the Internet financial,faces many risks never met before,the financial system's security is the key of the contemporary financial experts attention,therefore,this article from the credit risk,liquidity risk,legal and policy risk,information security risk,financial market risk five aspects analyzes the Internet financial hidden risks,and by using the AHP analytic hierarchy process(AHP)models for primary and secondary risk weights of evaluation,to effectively identify risks for Internet financial risk put forward the corresponding control countermeasures.
