With the development of the innovation-driven strategy,the importance of science and technology innovation is becoming increasingly prominent,and the board of directors is the decision-making body of the business strategy.The main function is to formulate development strategies and decisions.Board members collect information and process at the individual level.Through the transmission and integration,according to this design and implementation of the innovation strategy,the board team differentiates the sub-groups due to the multiple characteristics.The dividing line between the sub-groups,that is,the break-up of the board team will cause conflicts and collisions between the directors,affecting the board of directors.The communication of information and the communication of ideas within the team are integrated with resources,which will have an impact on the formulation of corporate innovation strategies.Based on social identity theory and information decision theory,this paper uses the theory of team fracture zone theory to explore the impact mechanism of board team break zone on innovation performance.In the research,the fracture zone of the board of directors was first divided into physiological characteristic fault zone and task-related fault zone.Secondly,the paper analyzes how the task-related fault zone and physiological characteristic fault zone of the board of directors affect the innovation performance.According to the analysis,the team's team-related task breaks enable board members to acquire more diverse knowledge and experience,enrich team resource reserves,and cause collisions at the thinking level,which is conducive to generating diversified strategic decisions and beneficial to improving corporate innovation performance;however,The existence of physiological characteristic fracture zone will inevitably bring negative negative effects,trigger contradictions among team members,accelerate team division,result in low resource utilization rate,hinder the formulation of breakthrough innovation decisions,and then reduce innovation performance.Considering the economic environment faced by enterprises--the opportunities and challenges brought about by economic globalization will inevitably have an impact on the innovation performance of enterprises.Therefore,the degree of enterprise internationalization is used as a moderator to explore its team breakout and innovation performance in the board of directors.The role played between.Further,the hypothetical hypothesis is tested by the GEM listed companies that meet the selection criteria.The empirical results show that:(1)the physiological characteristics of the board team characterized by gender and age negatively inhibit the innovation performance.(2)The team-related task-breaking zone characterized by education level and duration of employment plays a positive role in promoting innovation performance;(3)The degree of corporate internationalization plays a role between the strength of the team's team break zone and innovation performance.Negative regulation,the conclusions of this paper show that as the degree of internationalization of enterprises deepens,it will strengthen the inhibition of innovation performance by the team's physiological characteristic fracture zone,and will also weaken the promotion effect of task-related fracture zones on innovation performance.Based on the research conclusions and the relevant actual situation,the following suggestions are proposed: optimizing the personnel composition of the board of directors,improving the selection mechanism of board members,and rationally planning countermeasures for the company's internationalization activities.The innovation of this paper is that from the new perspective of the board team's fracture zone theory,the paper studies the influence mechanism of the diversity of board diversity on the innovation performance of enterprises,enhances the understanding of the factors affecting the innovation performance of enterprises,and enriches the research literature of enterprise innovation..At the same time,the enterprise economic environment is included in the research framework,and the adjustment effect of the degree of internationalization of the company on the relationship between the team's team break zone and innovation performance is explored.Relevant research and its conclusions help the board team to rationally avoid cognitive traps and conduct international business.Accurate innovation and decision-making,and improve innovation.
