Survey Study On The Innovation-driven Development Of Dalian DD Port Industrial Zone

At present, the international and domestic economic environment is continuing deteriorating. At the same time, the creation of innovation is in the ascendant, the resources and environmental constraint is intensifying, the economic transformation and upgrading is accelerating and the new industrial revolution is on the way, which has raised more urgent practical requirements for the development of DD Port Industrial Zone. DD Port Industrial Zone implementing the innovation-driven development provided effective measures for conforming to the construction of innovative country, enhancing the independent innovation capability of enterprises in the zone, promoting industrial transformation and upgrading and facing to the development of outside environment.This paper is based on the status survey of innovation-driven development of Dalian DD Port Industrial Zone. Through the discussion of the forum, literature analysis, in-depth interviews and questionnaire survey of enterprises and other scientific research methods, I come up with the main problems existed in the development of innovation driven of DD Port Industrial Zone by making an in-depth investigation on the innovation-driven status, problems and causes of enterprises of Dalian DD Port Industrial Zone. The status of the overall innovation-driven Industrial Zone is not optimistic. The ability of enterprise innovation-driven is insufficient. The implementation of innovation-driven development strategy faces severe internal and external environmental impact. The related responsibilities of DD Port Industrial Zone should be further strengthened. There are many problems in the construction of incubator and innovation platform. According to the development status of Dalian DD Port Industrial Zone, the implementation of innovation-driven development strategy can fully focus on the construction standard of constructing innovative characteristics zone in the future. Combined with the analysis results of the survey and based on the advanced experience of the innovation and development of domestic and foreign high-tech Zone, this paper proposes the comprehensive and operational strategies and countermeasures on how to train and promote the innovation of the industrial Zone.
