How Does Entrepreneurial Orientation Affect The Level Of Digitalization Of Enterprises

In recent years,digital technology has been constantly iterating,and the digital ecological environment has gradually formed.In order to accelerate the development of traditional manufacturing enterprises in China,China is making efforts to promote the "germination" and deepening of the digital level of manufacturing enterprises in China,and has put forward corresponding plans from the strategic level.Since 2021,the State Council has attached particular importance to the development of enterprise digitalization,and said that enterprise digitalization is an important way to achieve industrial upgrading,not only the key to competition among enterprises,but also an important area for China to build competitive advantages and seize the leading power of industrial development.This policy provides the direction for manufacturing enterprises to explore digitalization,drives manufacturing enterprises to choose their strategic direction by interpreting the external environment such as national policies,market research and technological innovation,and uses digital technology to realize digital technology-enabled industries,so that manufacturing enterprises can finally achieve further development.Based on resource-based theory,dualistic innovation theory and high-level echelon theory,this paper studies the following issues: Based on the current situation of the continuous development of digitalization of manufacturing enterprises in China,what factors promote the continuous development of digitalization of manufacturing enterprises? There are still research gaps in this field.Therefore,after reviewing the literature related to enterprise digitalization,this paper first proposes to start from the entrepreneurial orientation of manufacturing enterprises,explore the impact of entrepreneurial orientation on the level of enterprise digitalization,and examine the intermediary role of enterprise dual innovation between entrepreneurial orientation and enterprise digitalization.Secondly,the paper examines the regulatory role of the fault zone of the senior management team on entrepreneurial orientation,and further classifies the initial sample at the end to examine whether the above role of enterprises continues to be established under different industrial competition.The research found that the entrepreneurial orientation of enterprises is conducive to promoting the improvement of the digital level of enterprises;In terms of the intermediary role,only exploitative innovation has a partial intermediary role between entrepreneurial orientation and the level of enterprise digitalization,while exploratory innovation is not significant;Under the influence of the regulation of the fault zone of the senior management team,entrepreneurial orientation has significantly improved the digitalization level of enterprises,and under this regulation,exploratory innovation will have an intermediary effect,thus improving the digitalization level of enterprises to a certain extent.In the further study,entrepreneurial orientation in manufacturing enterprises with strong industry competition cannot significantly improve the level of enterprise digitalization.With the promotion of the fracture zone of the senior management team,entrepreneurial orientation in manufacturing enterprises with strong industry competition has a significant positive effect on the level of enterprise digitalization;Among manufacturing enterprises with weak industry competition,entrepreneurial orientation has a significant positive impact on the level of enterprise digitalization,but the regulatory effect of the fracture zone of the senior management team on the above mechanism is not significant,and will reduce the impact of entrepreneurial orientation on the improvement of enterprise digitalization.The research conclusion of this paper reveals the mechanism of enterprise entrepreneurship orientation to improve the level of enterprise digitalization,and the regulatory role of top management team fault zone on enterprise digitalization under the condition of industrial competition heterogeneity,which enriches the research on enterprise entrepreneurship orientation and enterprise digitalization in manufacturing industry.
