What kind of impact does the emergence of team fracture bring to team members?The existing research results do not give a specific unified conclusion.The emergence of team fracture also has an important impact on the personal development of employees,such as work enthusiasm,turnover behavior trend,etc.In this context,this paper studies and discusses the turnover intention of the staff affected by the team fracture zone.By analyzing the specific impact of the team fracture zone on the turnover intention of the bank staff,it provides a certain reference for the improvement of the work efficiency of the bank team and the reduction of the turnover intention of the staff.At the same time,this paper introduces the intermediary variable of the interactive memory system in the research,which is of great practical significance for the bank to better create the working environment atmosphere of the team and promote the communication among the team members,and will also have important reference value for the bank s and the relevant banks to optimize human resource management.In this study,the specific s Bank team is taken as the research object.Based on the existing research results,taking the influence of the team fracture zone on turnover intention as the core problem,the theoretical model of the relationship between the team fracture zone and turnover intention is constructed.After the questionnaire survey of the s Bank team members,230 effective questionnaires are obtained,which are in the interactive memory system The relationship between team fault zone and turnover intention is analyzed and verified under the intermediary effect of the two factors.The following conclusions and management implications show that:Firstly,the impact of social classification fracture zone on the interactive memory system is negatively correlated,and the impact on turnover intention is positively correlated.At the same time,the interactive memory system plays a mediating role between the social classification fracture zone and turnover intention.Team members are influenced by gender and age in social attributes in their actual work,which has an impact on trust among team members,thus affecting the establishment of team interactive memory system,and further affecting the turnover intention of team members.Combined with the development of s Bank,we can create a team atmosphere of mutual trust and improve the team interactive memory system to reduce the turnover tendency of employees.Through the transmission of information,we can learn from each other's strengths and complement each other's weaknesses,get along well with other members,and have a strong sense of collective honor and disgrace.In the team work to play the spirit of cooperation,each team member can be recognized by others to play their own maximum strength,and constantly improve their work efficiency.Second,The information cognitive fractured zone has a significant positive impact on the team interactive memory system and turnover intention,and the interactive memory system plays a mediating role between the information cognitive fractured zone and turnover intention.Under the mutual recognition of different professional fields,team members need members of different professional backgrounds to exert their expertise,thus forming small groups in the team,shortening the distance between members,enhancing the cohesion between teams,and then reducing the turnover tendency of team members.We can strengthen the management of bank employees and the construction of bank corporate culture by strengthening the management of employees' career,effectively promote the bank employees to have a sense of identity with the bank,and then have a positive role in improving the interactive memory system of the bank team,and also have a good inhibitory effect on the turnover tendency of bank employees.
