Intrapreneurship is an important way to strengthen corporate competitiveness and improve corporate performance.Since its introduction,it has received extensive attention from the practice and academic circles.In the context of the new era,China's SMEs are facing an urgent need for transformation and upgrading,and internal entrepreneurship is one of the important methods.However,internal entrepreneurship is not so easy to achieve,and the influence of pre-factors for finding internal entrepreneurship has always been an important topic in management research.As we all know,Creativity is a unique ability to human beings.For enterprises,employee creativity is an indispensable force for enterprise innovation,the creativity of employees becomes an important entry point for internal entrepreneurial behavior.Based on the research paradigm of“Capability-Cognition-Behavior”,this study hopes to use social cognition theory as theoretical support to study the influence mechanism of creativity on employees'internal entrepreneurial behaviors.Entrepreneurial self-efficacy is a mediator variable,and organizational commitment is used as a moderator to construct a theoretical model.This study used the existing mature scale design questionnaire,based on the sample data of 290 employees working inside the company,using SPSS25.0 and AMOS24.0 statistical analysis software to empirically analyze the theoretical model and research hypothesis.The results show that employee creativity has a significant role in promoting internal entrepreneurial behavior;entrepreneurial self-efficacy has a significant role in promoting internal entrepreneurial behavior,and entrepreneurial self-efficacy has a partial intermediary between employee creativity and internal entrepreneurial behavior.The continuous commitment,normative commitment,and affective commitment under organizational commitment have positive adjustment effects between creativity and internal entrepreneurial behavior;the continuous commitment,normative commitment,and affective commitment under organizational commitment also have positive adjustment effects between entrepreneurial self-efficacy and internal entrepreneurial behaviorThis research enriches the quantitative research results of the antecedents of internal entrepreneurial behavior and expands the research content of corporate entrepreneurship.The research results reveal the importance of creativity and entrepreneurial self-efficacy and organizational commitment to internal entrepreneurial behavior,and also provide important management implications for entrepreneurial activities and performance improvement.
