Although the entrepreneurial environment of our country is improving day by day,the domestic small and medium-sized entrepreneurs still face the quandary such as lack of resources,difficulty of financing,information asymmetry and so on.In recent years,more and more scholars in the field of entrepreneurship want to discuss how new entrepreneurs make use of the venture network under the uncertain situation,and then obtain more social resources.Studies have shown that we need more social interaction and as many connections as possible to gain access to potential resources.However,few studies can go deep into the psychological level of entrepreneurs and explore the process of entrepreneurs to build their unique social networks at the same time,there is a slight lack of research on the internal mechanism between the psychological characteristics of entrepreneurs and social network construction.Combined with the development of social network,this research expands and refines the research of entrepreneur's social network construction.At the theoretical level,this paper strengthens the understanding of the core concepts of experiential learning theory(experiential learning),and enriches the relevant research on entrepreneurial psychology by digging out the key psychological characteristics of entrepreneurs.On the practical level,this study,by analyzing the evolution process of social network of entrepreneurs,helps to guide new entrepreneurs to deal with barriers such as scarcity of resources and lack of information in the initial stage of entrepreneurship,and reasonably standardize their entrepreneurial behavior.Integrate and constantly debug the process of learning experience.This paper adopts CPSED,which was established by the Entrepreneurial Management Research Center of Nankai University in 2009,it was conducted three times in 2009,2010 and 2011 to dynamically track the entrepreneurial status and behavior of nascent entrepreneurs by means of phone follow-up interviews.Due to the shortage of samples in the third round,this paper uses the first two rounds of data for empirical analysis and the telephone interview ended to the end of the second round of the survey.Specifically,this interview data up to the second round,finally,321 new entrepreneurs successfully participated in the survey.This kind of panel data to a large extent solves the problem of the lack of time series in the psychological aspect of behavioral representation.Based on empirical learning theory,planning behavior theory and social network theory,this paper focuses on the social network of new entrepreneurs in entrepreneurial context,and puts forward the influence mechanism of different types of prior experience on the construction of high-quality social network of entrepreneurs.This paper try to answer the following questions:how do experienced entrepreneurs build high-quality social networking by influencing growth aspirations?The implementation of social network plays an important role in the growth of new enterprises.There are three reasons:first,the past social network covers the nature of resources,cannot fully provide the follow-up resources of new enterprises;Second,the increase of uncertainty and risk factors makes entrepreneurs need to identify opportunities and potential information again.Thirdly,due to the fierce competition environment,entrepreneurs have to contact new interpersonal networks in order to maintain a transcendental and strategic view consistent with the development of the present era.The results show that the diversity of functional experience of entrepreneurs has a positive effect on their behavior of invoking high quality social networks.There are three specific points:First,this paper finds that the experience process of entrepreneurs can influence the construction of entrepreneurs who call on high quality social networks.Second,entrepreneurs' prior experience in diversified functions can affect their expectations of the size of the new business.Secondly,the process of the entrepreneur's function experience will influence the expectation level of the new enterprise's growth scale,and the level of expectation is reflected by the knowledge,information and skills covered by previous functional experience,as well as the level of learning and understanding of these knowledge and information by entrepreneurs.Finally,the growth aspiration of the new enterprise plays a complete intermediary role between the entrepreneur's previous functional experience and the relationship of the social network construction.
