The wave of entrepreneurship sweeping the world has promoted rapid economic growth.As an engine of economic development under the new situation,entrepreneurship has good prospects and injected vitality into global development.Entrepreneurship not only provides jobs and promotes national economic growth,but also brings excessive wealth and status to entrepreneurs.Since China advocated "mass entrepreneurship and innovation" in 2014,entrepreneurship has become a hot topic among the whole nation.The status of entrepreneurs has been widely recognized and affirmed by the society,representing the new social class.According to a study by global entrepreneurship watch 2018(GEM),entrepreneurship is more active in China.Data released by China's general administration of market supervision shows that 6.7million new enterprises will be established in 2018,and the number of annual registrations increases between 15.8 percent to 40.9 percent.China's current entrepreneurial environment and good status,such as mushrooming new enterprises,but entrepreneurial activities failure rate is still high is a typical feature.Although the current market environment provides excellent conditions for entrepreneurs,new enterprises have defects.Due to the objective situation of "disadvantage of new entrants”,how to obtain resources has been threatening the development of new enterprises.As the initial resource for the development of new enterprises,entrepreneur social network is conducive to the integration of information and resources,and the formation of competitive advantages,thus affecting the entrepreneurial performance.At present,the increasingly fierce competition environment makes enterprises in the industry try their best to obtain resources.With the increase of entrepreneurs' own experience,part of the network gradually tends to be perfect and stable,and mutual substitution among networks also occurs.Based on this,this paper introduces the industry competition intensity andentrepreneurial experience as moderating variables,which provides a theoretical basis for entrepreneurs to choose which industry as the entry point and what kind of network to use with the increase of experience to promote the survival and development of enterprises.This paper,entrepreneurs of newly established enterprises(less than 8 years old)are taken as the research object.On the basis of combing and reviewing relevant literature,a model from social network of entrepreneurs to entrepreneurial performance is constructed.After reviewing the literature,this paper decided to divide entrepreneur social network into three dimensions: interpersonal,business and institutional network.The previous experience of entrepreneurs was measured from three dimensions of entrepreneurship,industry and functional experience.On the basis of drawing lessons from the mature scale,the scale was revised by means of interview.Through the analysis of the data collected by SPSS24,the hypothesis proposed in this paper is verified: first,the entrepreneur social network provides the initial resources and information for the development of the new venture;Secondly,the fierce industry competition raises the demand for imitative of resources.The greater the competition intensity in the industry,the greater the positive impact of interpersonal network on entrepreneurial performance,while the smaller the positive impact of business and institutional network on entrepreneurial performance.Finally,entrepreneurs' experience determines the priority of using social networks.The research results of this paper enrich the existing theories,and improve and supplement the empirical research on social network,entrepreneurial performance,entrepreneurial experience and industry competition environment of entrepreneurs.Moreover,the results of this study provide guiding Suggestions for entrepreneurs to choose which industry to start their business.With the increase of entrepreneurs' experience,there are differences between entrepreneurs' social networks,so entrepreneurs should focus on developing social networks to form their competitive advantages,so as to improve their entrepreneurial performance.
