Entrepreneurship is a significant way to speed up technological innovation, to increase employment and to stimulate economic growth, nowadays the entrepreneurial activities become more and more popular in China, in the meanwhile the paradox between the high aspiration in entrepreneurs and low performance of entrepreneurship becomes increasingly highlighted. Entrepreneur is the leader and core of an enterprise, so his/her human capital which is connected with his/her prior experience, would affect the entrepreneurial performance to a great extent. Therefore, the study of the influence path between the prior experience and entrepreneurial performance will be a significant revelation on enhancing of entrepreneurial performance.The previous researches in prior experience and entrepreneurial performance did not reach an agreement on their conclusions, this article focus on the relationship between prior experience and entrepreneurial performance which is established on the basis of previous research results, and introducing entrepreneurial learning and entrepreneurial competence into the influence path of prior experience and entrepreneurial performance, so as to establish a Mediated Moderation Model. Then this article did a questionnaire survey on174entrepreneurs and utilized AOMS21.0and SPSS20.0to do the hierarchical regression analysis, verified part of the research hypotheses, and amended the model according to the empirical results. Here are the main conclusions of this article:(1) Entrepreneurs’entrepreneurial experience and industrial experience have significant positive influence on the entrepreneurial performance, however the working experience does not affect entrepreneurial performance significantly.(2) Explorative learning plays a significant positive modulatory role in the relationship between entrepreneurial experience and entrepreneurial performance. However, explorative learning is not a modulatory variable in the relationship between industrial experience and entrepreneurial performance.(3) Exploitative learning plays a significant positive modulatory role in the relationship between entrepreneurial experience and entrepreneurial performance. It is also a modulatory variable in the relationship between industrial experience and entrepreneurial performance.(4) In the modulatory effect of explorative learning which works in the relationship between entrepreneurial experience and entrepreneurial performance, entrepreneurial competence works as a complete mediating variable.(5) In the modulatory effect of exploitative learning which works in the relationship between entrepreneurial experience and entrepreneurial performance, entrepreneurial competence works as a complete mediating variable. It also has an complete mediating effect on the modulatory effect of exploitative learning which works in the relationship between industrial experience and entrepreneurial performance.At last, this paper proposes some suggestions to enhance the entrepreneurial performance, and presents inadequacies and prospects for future research.
