Research On Green Competitiveness Of The Yangtze River Economic Belt: Estimation,Time And Space Differentiation And Optimization Path

In the post-financial crisis era,all countries have responded to the call of the United Nations "green New Deal",strengthened the guidance and support for their own green industries,promoted the investment in clean energy and energy-saving construction,changed the mode of economic growth,and cultivated new industrial hot spots,so as to seize the "commanding heights" of a new round of global competition.As China’s economic development has entered the "new normal",the contradiction between economic growth and ecological destruction has become increasingly prominent.How to break through the bottleneck of China’s economic development in the new period and realize the green and harmonious development of ecology,economy and society is an urgent problem to be solved in China.Regional economy is between the international economy and the regional economy.The development of regional economy is of great significance to the optimal allocation of regional resources and the improvement of regional communication and cooperation capacity.It can not only give play to local comparative advantages and share the dividends of development,but also improve national international competitiveness as a whole.The proposal of the regional development strategy of the Yangtze river economic belt,which is oriented by "joint efforts for greater protection,not greater development",conforms to the needs of green development and regional development in this period.The purpose of this paper is to build a comprehensive evaluation model of regional green competitiveness,calculate the green competitiveness index of the Yangtze river economic belt,and analyze its spatial and temporal differentiation characteristics during the "twelfth five-year" plan.On the basis of making full use of the research results of the research group in the early stage,this paper constructs a multi-index comprehensive evaluation model of the green competitiveness of the Yangtze river economic belt with scientific research methods,including the establishment of the evaluation index system and the grant of weights.Based on the dynamic,convergence and spatial correlation,the paper makes a dynamic comparative analysis of the green competitiveness of the Yangtze river economic belt,which is based on "ecological priority and green development",and puts forward the path to optimize the green competitiveness of the Yangtze river economic belt.This paper is mainly divided into six chapters.The first chapter is the introduction,which mainly introduces the research background,significance and the research ideas of this paper.The second part is the literature review of regional green competitiveness,which mainly focuses on the definition of regional green competitiveness,the construction of regional green competitiveness index system and empirical research.The third part is the construction of multi-index comprehensive evaluation model of green competitiveness of Yangtze river economic belt.The fourth part,based on the measurement results,makes an empirical analysis of the green competitiveness of the Yangtze river economic belt.The fifth chapter puts forward countermeasures and suggestions for improving the green competitiveness of Yangtze river economic belt from three horizontal regions and three vertical subjects.The sixth chapter is the conclusion and prospect.
