With the increasing awareness of green innovation in the whole society,the Yangtze River Economic Belt continues to promote green development at multiple levels,adhere to innovation-driven,vigorously cultivate new industries to promote green manufacturing;accelerate the transformation of governance systems,development models,manufacturing methods,leading energy and factor inputs,and protect ecological environment to achieve green growth.This study conducts an empirical analysis on the level of industrial green innovation in the Yangtze River Economic Belt.First,it expounds the status quo of industrial green innovation from the perspective of input and output.Secondly,it builds Super-SBM and ML index models to measure the industrial growth rate from 2009 to 2019.Green innovation efficiency;finally,the Moran index is used to test the spatial correlation of industrial green innovation efficiency,and based on the perspective of spatial spillover,the SDM spatial econometric model combined with the partial differential method is used to demonstrate the spillover effect of the influencing factors of industrial green innovation efficiency.analyze.The study draws the following conclusions:(1)The input and output of industrial green innovation varies greatly among regions in the Yangtze River Economic Belt.The capital,talent,energy input,and economic and technological output of the downstream region far exceed those of the middle and upper reaches,but the undesired output is also higher,it means industrial pollution is more serious.(2)The development of industrial green innovation levels in various regions is uneven.The Super-SBM calculation results show that the overall downstream efficiency value is high,and the upstream efficiency value is low;the ML index calculation and decomposition results show that the middle reaches of the Yangtze River have the highest industrial green total factor productivity(ML),and technological efficiency growth(EC)contributes more to total factor productivity than technological R&D progress(TC).(3)The efficiency of industrial green innovation has significant spatial dependence.The advanced level of industrial structure,the level of opening to the outside world,fixed asset investment and government support all have positive spillover effects on the efficiency of industrial green innovation.Environmental regulation and industrial agglomeration levels It has a negative spillover effect on it.According to the conclusions of the research,three suggestions are put forward:(1)strengthen the dominant position of enterprises in green innovation activities and enhance their innovation capabilities;(2)Deepen the implementation of pollution control,intensify comprehensive pollution prevention and control efforts,strengthen the rectification of prominent problems in the ecological environment,and take atmospheric environmental pollution as the core of promoting environmental quality improvement;(3)pay attention to industrial green innovation institutes.It has a spatial spillover effect,strengthens multi-party cooperation,and builds a scientific and perfect regional linkage mechanism...
