"Internet+" Drives Traditional Agriculture Research On The Effect Of Innovation And Development

Under the background of the new era,agriculture is one of the core members of the “three major industries”.It plays a fundamental role in the development of the national economy.At the same time,it plays an important role in maintaining the overall stability of national food security.The promulgation of the "Guiding Opinions of the State Council on Actively Advancing the " Internet + " Action"(Guo Fa [2015]No.40)fully demonstrates the importance attached by the national macro-policy to the development of traditional agricultural innovation,and drives the traditional agriculture for "Internet +" Innovation and development.Based on the above-mentioned background of the times,At the academic level,it tries to make up for the gaps and defects of existing research,and further enrich and expand the "Internet +" economic theory;from the practical level,it aims to provide scientific and effective reference for decision-making of relevant government departments,so that the "Internet +" strategy can better drive the development of traditional agriculture.Obviously,the study of the effect of "Internet +" to drive the development of traditional agricultural innovation has both academic and practical value.Based on China's 2011-2016 provincial panel data,this study focuses on the following aspects: First,this study is based on the theory of technological innovation,technology diffusion theory,and total factor productivity theory.The rationality of the research object of "Internet +" driving the development of traditional agricultural innovation,and the empirical research hypothesis.Secondly,Secondly,through the module analysis method,this study demonstrates the path of “Internet +” driving traditional agricultural innovation development from the four aspects of “four mechanisms”,“three in one”,“one after another” and “endogenous mechanism”,namely “Internet +” The mechanism of action that drives the development of traditional agricultural innovation.Thirdly,this study uses the method of mixed least squares(Pooled OLS),panel fixed effect model and time fixed effect model to empirically test the "comprehensive effect","space effect" of "Internet +" to drive the development of traditional agricultural innovation and the time effect,which are the effects of the "three-in-one" "Internet +" driving the development of traditional agricultural innovation.Finally,this study analyzes the transmission mechanism of the effect of “Internet+” driving traditional agricultural innovation development throughthe panel threshold effect model,that is,the effect of “Internet+” driving traditional agricultural innovation development is restricted by human capital stock factors.According to the research,it is found that “Internet+” drives the development of traditional agricultural innovation with positive and significant impact,which is indicating that “Internet+” drives the development of traditional agricultural innovation with “comprehensive effect”.At the same time,"Internet +" drives traditional agricultural innovation development in regional and temporal significant differences,indicating that "Internet +" drives traditional agricultural innovation development with "space effect" and "time effect." In addition,research shows that the human capital stock is the mediator of the effect of “Internet +” driving the development of traditional agricultural innovation.Therefore,the research results suggest that under the unified central government deployment,relevant local government departments should formulate a differentiated strategic guideline for“Internet+” to drive the development of traditional agricultural innovation,and attach importance to the stock of human capital in the “Internet+” driving traditional agricultural innovation development.The important role is to form a synergy mechanism between the "Internet +" strategy and the stock of human capital in the development of traditional agricultural innovation.
