| In China,logistics industry is a pillar-type industry with basic,comprehensive,comprehensive and extensible in national economy.It plays a prominent role in the industrial structure adjustment,the transformation of economic development mode and the enhancement of national economic competitiveness.However,China’s logistics industry is not strong,high cost,low efficiency and other issues pose a serious challenge to the further development of China’s logistics industry.Therefore,in accordance with the promotion of "Internet +" actions by countries around the world,China’s logistics industry urgently needs to use "Internet +" as its driving force to achieve high-quality innovative development of the logistics industry.Under the background of the lack of "Internet +" research on the mechanism of industrial innovation development,it is important to adapt to the "Internet +" action in the world,analyze the internal mechanism of the innovative development of logistics industry driven by "Internet +",and propose a scientific logistics industry innovative development strategy,which have important theoretical and practical significance.Based on the above background,the main work of this article lies in: firstly introducing the theoretical basis of the article and the significance of selecting topics,defining the main concepts,combing and summarizing relevant domestic and foreign literature,and determining research propositions and logical starting points.Secondly,construct a theoretical analysis framework for the conduction path of logistics industry’s innovative development driven by "Internet +",and take "networking,intelligence,intelligence,and collaboration" of "Internet +" as the entry point,and carry out layered analysis to reveal the substitution effect,penetration effect,learning effect,and synergy effect of "Internet +" that drive the innovative development of logistics.Thirdly,construct mathematical models under a single path and a composite path to prove the existence of the path that "Internet +" promotes the innovative development of the logistics industry by exerting substitution effects,penetration effects,learning effects,and synergy effects,and then use panel co-integration,GMM estimation and other measurement methods,measure and compare the direction and size of the substitution effect,penetration effect,learning effect,and synergy effect of "Internet +",and empirically verify the effectiveness and objectivity of the path of "Internet +" driving the innovative development of the logistics industry.Finally,based on the four effects of "Internet +",analyze the innovative development practices of specific logistics service companies,and give research conclusions and policy recommendations.This paper finds that the internal mechanism of the innovative development of the logistics industry driven by "Internet +" is to take internet facilities,internet technology,internet thinking,and internet platforms as intermediate variables,through the capital substitution,technology penetration,thinking learning,and platform synergy transmission mechanisms,the common acting on the logistics industry,bring into play the substitution effect,penetration effect,learning effect,and synergy effect of "Internet +" to drive the innovative development of China’s logistics industry.Among them,the "Internet +" technology application and human capital investment are still the main factors driving the innovative development of the logistics industry in China,and the "Internet +" facility investment and platform construction have played an important role in increasing the logistics industry’s output value and logistics management efficiency,and cannot be ignored,in particular:(1)Under a single path,this paper mathematically proves the existence of four conduction paths by constructing growth accounting models,technological progress bias models,theoretical models,and synergy models.The conclusion of the study is that "Internet+" has realized the networking of logistics facilities,and through the substitution of internet capital for logistics infrastructure capital investment,generating substitution effects,optimizing factor input structure,improving production factor allocation efficiency,effectively releases the capital and manpower input of the logistics industry,and changes the production mode and output efficiency of logistics activities,reducing logistics costs,and improving potential output capacity,which has increased its contribution to the output value of the logistics industry;"Internet +" has realized intelligent logistics technology and through internet technologyis widely used in logistics industry organization,service objects,transportation methods,distribution methods,service contents,service processes,logistics management,etc.,generate pervasiveness effect,optimize the logistics industry organization and business processes,improve the logistics operation management level,share information and multiply,and promote capital-oriented and labor-oriented technological progress in the logistics industry;"Internet +" has realized the wisdom of logistics services,andthrough learning internet thinkinginnovates the concepts of logistics enterprise operations,services and management idea,generate learning effect,promoting logistics practitioners to learn,digest and absorb mature technical knowledge and management experience,and improve the level of human capital in order to improve the innovation and output capacity of the logistics industry;"Internet+" has realized the synergy of logistics management,and has gathered the information of both supply and demand through the internet platform,generate synergistic effect,promoting knowledge sharing and collaboration among organizations,reduce information asymmetry,improve organizational efficiency,and promote the coordination of internet platforms and logistics organization and management.Under the compound path,this article comprehensively considers the four effects to play a role in constructing the Hamilton optimization model,through FBA analysis and numerical simulation,it proves that the "Internet +" substitution effect,penetration effect,learning effect,and synergy effect are exerted,which can promote the accumulation of material capital,human capital accumulation,technological innovation and self-promotion,and ultimately promote the growth of the output value of logistics industry,the improvement of total factor productivity,and achievegreen and high-quality innovative development of the logistics industry.(2)Using the econometric model and China’s provincial panel data to empirically analyze the different effects and comprehensive effects of "Internet +".That is,under the comprehensive effect of accelerating the accumulation of factor capital,promoting technological progress,enhancing innovation capabilities,and improving organizational efficiency,it can reduce the cost of the logistics industry,promote the growth of the output value of the logistics industry,and increase the total factor productivity.The conclusion of the study is that:(1)The substitution effect of "Internet +" is very obvious,as shown by the contribution of internet facilities investment to the growth of the output value of the logistics industry,and its average contribution rate to the output value of the logistics industry reaches 49.4%.With the continuous integration of "Internet +" and the logistics industry,its average contribution rate has continued to increase.(2)The penetration effect of "Internet +" is manifested by the impact of internet technology on the technological progress of China’s logistics industry,the resource level and popularization level of internet have a positive impact on the technological progress of China’s logistics industry.In the short term,the resource level of internethas a significant role in promoting the technological progress of the logistics industry.In the long run,the level of internet popularization has brought about technological progress in the logistics industry.The negative impact is due to the stagnation of the technological progress of the logistics industry due to the uncoordinated development of internet resource levels and popularization levels.(3)The learning effect "Internet +" is manifested by the impact of internet thinking learning on the performance of the logistics industry,the study of internet knowledge can improve the level of human capital,and thus promote the improvement of the innovation ability of the logistics industry.However,this learning effect has obvious lag,and there is a gap between the profitability indicators of logistics enterprises that are not lagging and behind first-order lagging or second-order lagging,and the effect after second-order lagging is more significant,that is,the promotion effect of "Internet +" learning effect is not obvious in the previous stage,and it will show a more significant driving effect in the later stage.(4)The synergy effect of "Internet +" is the degree of synergy between the internet platform and logistics organization management,which is gradually increasing,but the level of synergy is not high,and the positive effect of synergy is not large;compared with the ability of internet platform system,the logistics organization management system is weak.(5)The growth scale of China’s logistics industry is slow,and the efficiency and distribution of industrial efficiency are different in different provinces.Environmental and random factors are important factors that hinder the efficiency of regional logistics industry.Based on this background,we should implement targeted industrial development strategies and spatial planning systems through a series of methods such as capital optimization,concept innovation,technological transformation and upgrading,and environmental protection,so as to effectively guide the development and transformation of China’s logistics industry.Through descriptive statistics and constructing static and dynamic panel measurement models,empirical analysis shows that the comprehensive effect of "Internet +" has a significant impact on the innovative development cost,scale and quality of logistics industry,through the collective effect of internet capital,internet technology,internet human capital,internet platform promote the reduction of logistics industry cost,output value and total factor productivity growth.In addition,government support and environmental factors also have significant positive effects on the output value and total factor productivity of the logistics industry."Internet +" can reduce environmental pollution,and it is necessary to realize the low-cost,high-scale,high-quality innovative development of China’s logistics industry together with the green operation of the logistics industry.(3)Using the above mathematical and empirical analysis conclusions to analyze the innovation practice of specific logistics service companies,it is found that "Internet +" is an inevitable choice for the logistics industry to achieve innovative development.The conclusion of the study is that: Under the influence of "Internet +" substitution effect,pervasiveness effect,learning effect and synergistic effect,SF Express achieves innovative development in the areas of resource construction,technology application,talent cultivation and organization management with heavy asset operation,information operation,human resource advantage and refined management,in which the "Internet +" learning effect and synergistic effect have not been fully exerted and expressed.In order to achieve SF Express’ s further cost reduction and efficiency improvement,and to improve profitability and growth capability,it is necessary to increase the cultivation of information technology talents and the construction of the information management platform to serve consumers with higher efficiency and service quality,and further promote the innovative development of logistics industry driven by "Internet +".The existing research on the relationship between "Internet +" and the logistics industry mainly uses qualitative analysis to aim at the single factor such as internet information technology or the logistics business model and management mode,which is based on a single mechanism of technological innovation and organizational innovation.Based on the existing research,this paper takes the endogenous "Internet +" as the driving force for the innovative development of the logistics industry,considers multiple factors,uses mathematical analysis and empirical analysis,and builds mathematical models and measurement models under a single path and a composite path,to study the conduction mechanism of the innovative development of logistics industry driven by "Internet +".Finally,the research results are applied to case analysis to serve the information construction of logistics industry in China.Therefore,compared with similar research at home and abroad,this research is innovative in the following three aspects:Firstly,this article expands the research perspective of "Internet +" driving the innovative development of logistics industry,broke through the "Internet +" research paradigm,and started from the four perspectives of networked facilities,intelligent technology,intelligent service,and collaborative management,pay attention to the deep connection between "Internet +" and the logistics industry,exploring the path of "Internet +" driving innovative development of the logistics industry.Most of the existing researches focus on the impact of "Internet +" itself or "Internet +" on specific industries and specific aspects of the industry.This article proposes that in addition to focusing on technological progress and human capital,research on "Internet +" driving innovation,also need to pay attention to internet facilities and internet platforms.Based on the practice of China’s logistics industry,the article systematically studied the impact of "Internet +" as a driving force on the innovative development of the logistics industry.Secondly,this paper constructs and solves the Hamilton optimization model,revealing the transmission mechanism of "Internet +" to promote the innovation and development of the logistics industry.By incorporating the "Internet +" substitution effect,learning effect,penetration effect,and synergy effect into the endogenous economic growth framework,constructing the substitution effect equation that promotes physical capital accumulation,the penetration effect equation that promotes technological innovation,and the learning effect equation that enhances human capital accumulation,and the synergy effect equation that advances "Internet +" accumulation,are combined to establish a Hamilton optimization model and solve using FBA and numerically simulate,the mathematically proved the existence of the path of "Internet +" driving the innovative development of the logistics industry.Thirdly,this paper clarifies the substitution effect,penetration effect,learning effect and synergy effect of "Internet +" driving the innovative development of the logistics industry,and empirically selected muti-dimensional indicators to measure the direction and size of four effects.The existing research is only the definition of essential connotation and qualitative analysis.There is almost no empirical research.This paper points out that the "Internet +" penetration effect and learning effect have significant elasticity on the scale and quality of the innovative development of the logistics industry.The substitution effect of "Internet +" on the contribution of industry output value is increasing year by year,and the synergistic effect of "Internet +" on the improvement of logistics management efficiency cannot be ignored,which ultimately act on the innovative development of the logistics industry,empirically verifying the effectiveness and objectivity of the path of the innovative development of the logistics industry driven by "Internet
