The Organization Modes And Operating Mechanism Of Internet Plus Agriculture In China

Based on the theory of technology diffusion and information asymmetry,this paper studies the"Internet +" agricultural organization model and operation mechanism by means of descriptive analysis and econometric analysis.The details are as follows:First,based on the research data,analysis of "Internet+" the status of development of agriculture,agricultural production of all aspects of information technology applications,information technology evaluation and improvement recommendations.Secondly,it analyzes the participatory subject and organization model of "Internet +" agriculture,and constructs the framework of "Internet +" agricultural organization model with agricultural industry organization as the core.This paper compares the applicability of government-led model,enterprise-led model and autonomous selection model in supporting agricultural information technology diffusion by using multiple discrete selection model analysis method.Thirdly,the paper analyzes the effect of "Internet +"agricultural operation under different organizational models,constructs the evaluation model of "Internet +" effect by using structural equation model method,and,The model is tested by taking the research data of government-led mode.Fourthly,the paper analyzes the framework of "Internet +" agricultural operation mechanism,analyzes the driving force of "Internet +" agriculture,the composition,function and goal of the mechanism.Based on the binary selection model method and evolutionary game logic analysis method,the author analyzes the factors that influence the adoption of information technology under the two mechanisms of "government policy support" and "market demand promotion".On the basis of data analysis,the following conclusions are drawn:Firstly,despite the current government on the development of "Internet +" agriculture attaches great importance to the introduction of a number of support "Internet +" agricultural development policy,but the reality there is insufficient technical coverage,information support production efforts are not enough,technology promotion Need to improve,the relevant policies need to increase support and other issues.Secondly,the three major "Internet +" agricultural organization models have "applicability differences" in supporting technology diffusion.Government-led model is suitable for the promotion of key agricultural production information technology;enterprise-led model in the promotion of information technology can significantly enhance the industrial organization's operating income;independent choice model for the application of a wide range of information technology,"business time" and agricultural quality " The increase in the number of certification "can encourage agricultural industry organizations to choose agricultural information technology.Thirdly,the government-led model of "Internet +" agricultural operation evaluation results are better than the other two models."Internet +" agricultural operation effect evaluation model has a strong operability.The results show that the benefits of information technology application in the current sales and logistics are greater than those in the application of information technology in the production process.Fourthly,in the study of "Internet +" agricultural operation mechanism,through the data analysis,it is found that the most important factors that promote the adoption of production information technology are the number of "information sources of agricultural information technology" that farmers have come into contact with;The primary factor in the business sales model is the "expectations of higher prices for agricultural products in the e-commerce environment".The innovation of this paper is as follows:First,this paper takes "Internet +" agricultural organization model and operation mechanism as the research object,and the research perspective is innovative.Secondly,the empirical research is carried out on the basis of the actual research data.The characteristics,differences and applicability of the three main organizational models are analyzed by the econometric model.The "Internet +",agricultural operation mechanism is put forward Analysis of the framework",the use of measurement models and evolutionary game analysis and other methods,analysis of government support and market demand under the two mechanisms affect the adoption of information technology factors,the relevant conclusions have a clear policy guidance.Thirdly,we use the structural equation model to construct the "Internet +" agricultural operation effect analysis model.The model can explain the relationship between "development environment","information technology application ability","technical efficiency" and "business performance" Government-oriented model as an example to do the model test,analysis of the current application of information technology in agriculture and improve the direction of the relevant conclusions with practical reference value.
