With the continuous development of market economy,the competition between enter prises is becoming more and more serious.If each enterprise wants to keep itself from being eliminated by the times,it must adopt the method of opening up new markets and formulating new sales strategies.It is particularly important to note that the current mar ket situation has changed greatly.Most of the markets have changed from the previous s eller's market to the buyer's market today.In this transformation process,The credit sales strategy of accounts receivable settlement has gained more and more attention and attent ion from sales enterprises because of its advantages of attracting more customers,increas ing sales volume and increasing sales revenue.But using a credit strategy also means th at for companies that want to gain a place in the fierce market competition and improve their competitive power in the industry,Reasonable use of credit sales and proper mana gement of accounts receivable is a key means for enterprises to reduce their own accoun ts receivable holding costs and risks,and the first step to achieve these is to establish a n effective and complete response.Based on the corresponding accounts receivable management of scholars at home an d abroad,this paper expounds and summarizes the current theories related to the evaluati on of accounts receivable in China,and emphasizes on showing several methods and det ailed indicators for evaluating the quality of accounts receivable in China.In the case se lection,this paper selected the more mature electric appliance industry M electric applian ce company as the research object,and selected the electric appliance industry in the rel atively good management of accounts receivable G company as the control company.Thi s article points to the quality evaluation of accounts receivable,and constructs an index system that reflects the scale,growth,and risk.By comparing the quality and manageme nt status of accounts receivable of the two companies,it reveals the shortcomings of M Electric Company in this field.After a comparative analysis,it's not hard to see,M Com pany accounts receivable management mainly exists the following problems:the quality o f accounts receivable needs to be improved,the risk consciousness of enterprise manager s is weak,the credit policy management is not perfect,the contract system is not rigoro us,the internal performance evaluation system is lacking,and the collection method of a ccounts receivable is single.In view of these problems,this paper analyzes the reasons b ehind these problems,and then puts forward relevant suggestions for rectifying these cau ses,that is,introducing a standardized credit mechanism and setting up an independent c redit management department.Strengthen credit control to customers,standardize the colle ction system of enterprises,cautious write-off of bad debts,and scientific collection of la te payment,through the improvement of the management of accounts receivable from sal es to return,for the enterprise to avoid the risk of accounts receivable.
