Currently, the competition of the household appliance industries is increasingly fierce, companies are faced with more challenges and opportunities, and they simultaneously have a common goal:"to increase market share, and improve market competitiveness." Fierce competition has forced companies come up with more ways to retain customers, thus constantly relaxing the restriction of collection policy, extending the payment deadline, increasing customer credit, making full use of receivables. Therefore, company produced a large number of accounts receivables which likes an invisible time bomb, and it would not be recovered when accumulated to a certain degree,at that time the cash flow is blocked, which leads to a complete paralysis of business, receivable plays a vital role in businesses, so scientific management of receivables is necessary for companies. This paper analyzes the specific operation and the necessity of "zero receivable" model of HR group by referring to the accounts receivable. Afterwards, it is compared with the situation of accounts receivable in other enterprises within this industry so as to find out the problems existing in the aspects of tightening the accounts receivable, limiting the number of accounts receivable and inventory, personal credit system being not perfect and the lack of supervision and evaluation mechanism and so on for "zero receivable" model. Combined with the advanced management experience of other enterprise and the development requirements of HR group, it puts forward some measures to improve the "zero receivable" model which are respectively:enhancing competitiveness at the same level, establishing a variety of collection modes of accounts receivable, enhancing the order satisfaction rate and shortening the delivery process, establishing and improving the incentive system of the advance payment, improving its own credit management system and the internal mechanism of supervision and appraisal.
