In the paper,the author tried to expand the research scope of the accounts receivable from the perspective of corporate strategy,filling the research gap of the correlation between the corporate strategy and the effect of accounts receivable management,thus promoting the penetration and integration between the corporate strategy and accounts receivable management.By exploring the correlation mechanism between the corporate strategy and the accounts receivable strategy,the author came to the conclusion that the accounts receivable strategy was restricted by and should comply with the corporate strategy.According to the correlation mechanism between the corporate strategy and accounts receivable as well as the specific features of household appliance industry,the author drew the framework of correlation theory for the corporate strategy and accounts receivable in household appliance industry,with this framework representing the correlation of product category and business focus in the production strategy respectively with the accounts receivable;representing the chain store channel for the household appliance and e-commerce platform channel and OTO commercial mode in the marketing strategy respectively with the accounts receivable;representing the correlation between the applying level of notes receivable in the financial strategy and the accounts receivable.Based on the theoretical research results,the author selected three leading corporations in China with the similar products but relatively many differences in the effects of accounts receivable management,including Hisense Electric,Gree Electric,and Midea Group and took the correlation theory framework construed in the 2 Chapter as the benchmark to explore the influence of differences in corporate strategies on the effects of accounts receivable management.At last,with the aim of improving the effects of accounts receivable management in household appliance industry,various advices were proposed from the perspective of corporate strategy,including reasonably conducting the product transformation,maintaining the advantages of core businesses,making great efforts in driving the business at the e-commerce platform,actively exploring OTO commercial mode and enhancing the application of notes accounts receivable.It's expected to provide certain references and insights for the household appliance enterprises.
