Analysis On Comprehensive Benefit Of Green Building’s Incremental Cost In The Whole Life Cycle

With the rapid development of China’s society and economy, people’s living standards has improved, the overall low quality of the built environment has been difficult to meet the needs of the people’s production and life. Now, our country is still in a reality of large population, limited resources, and environmental vulnerability, one of the important tasks in the construction industry is that we must advocate to develop the construction products taking into account the quality of the living environment and impact of resources and environment. From the present point of view, however, the speed of the promotion and implementation of green buildings is slow in China, and there is still great misunderstanding about cost of green buildings, so it is difficult to turn green buildings into ordinary buildings.
