| Energy and environmental problems have become one of the main threats to the survival of mankind. And the traditional construction industry as one of the three major energy consumption of the industry has been paid more and more attention, the green building as conform to the newly emerging things in the direction of the development of the national energy-saving emission reduction, to resource conservation and environmental protection plays an important role. However, China’s green building market is still in the initial stage of development,facing a variety of complex problems,the promotion of green building is still facing heavy resistance, the promotion effect is not optimistic.To solve this problem, in this paper fully comparative study of domestic and foreign literature on the basis,based on the status of the development of green building in the market of China, using the evolutionary game theory of thought, the combination of qualitative analysis and quantitative analysis, based on the real estate market two major participation (developers and home buyers) is the main body of the dynamic evolutionary game analysis, obtained in marketing at each stage of the optimal guidance strategy. The main contents of this study are as follows:Firstly, define the basic connotation of green building and evolutionary game theory; secondly, establish the evolutionary game model of green building on two market participants, and the solve and analyze the model; thirdly, quantify the parameters (including incremental costs and incremental benefits of green housing,developers and property buyers risk, government economic incentives) of model;finally, a case study is carried out to test the effectiveness and practicability of the research results. |
