In recent years,with the rapid development of the level of economic development,urbanization,the transformation of economic structure and the expanding of the scale of cities,the demand for traffic convenience,rapidity and safcty is increasing.As a new way of rail transit,maglev train has many advantages on,such as,safety,cost performance,energy saving and environmental protection,which gives it great potential for urban rail transit.But as a new industry,the maglev industry requires deep integration of emerging technologies and emerging markets,and how to regulate and support the development of maglev industry by relying on emerging technology,especially the appropriate industrial technology roadmap is a major problem faced by science and technology and industry.This paper attempts to explore how to effectively establish the market cultivation mechanism and industrial development mode,and to continue the growth and expanding in the market.At present,the maglev technology bottleneck breakthrough is crucial for the development of maglev industry,this paper constructs the maglev industry GERT network,established the maglev industry technology bottleneck measurement index,to explore the bottleneck nodes in the path of the maglev technology industry breakthrough,discovery learning ability and knowledge reserves,positioning key technology breakthroughs,and peripheral industrial structure is redefined the bottleneck node on the path of maglev technology breakthrough in the technology industry,the bottleneck node,to carry out the technical innovation management,can make the coefficient measurement technology bottleneck node is reduced to a stable value,which is conducive to the development of traditional industry technology breakthrough in linear logic,reduce the bottleneck node uncertainty of technological innovation and technological breakthroughs needed to reduce bottleneck nodes these resources arc of great theoretical and practical significance.It is found that there are still some problems in the development of China's maglev industry,such as the lack of industrial development mechanism,low industrnal concentration,inadequate market environment and policy system.The main contents of this paper include several aspects:Firstly,the theoretical overview of the magnetic levitation industry.This part mainly expounds the connotation and characteristics of the magnetic levitation industry,and the connotation and elements of the industry cultivation mechanism.Through the above research,we define clearly the basic concepts of magnetic levitation industry,emphasize the interaction between industry cultivation mechanism and magnetic levitation industry,and elaborate the basic theories that will be applied in this study,so as to lay a theoretical foundation for the research of this paper.Secondly,the development of the magnetic levitation industry and related technologies.This part includes the development of the global maglev railway,maglev track and other related industries,the development of related technologies,the combing of technical characteristics,and the analysis of the advantages of developing the maglev industry in China.Thirdly,to construct the GERT network model is the basis of emerging industries such as maglev technology breakthrough technology bottlenecks in the process of basic coefficient measurement,combined with example analysis and numerical simulation,the bottleneck node localization industry breakthrough technology in the process of using the variation coefficient measurement method to measure the technical bottleneck of computer simulation in the bottleneck node;Fourthly,to summarize the main research achievements and innovations of the article,and to explore solutions based on the problems raised in the study,and to provide some countermeasures and suggestions for the cultivation and development of China's maglev industry.
