With the rapid development of the economy, especially since the beginning of the 21st century, social problems such as environmental pollution, polarization between the rich and the poor, aging, medical health, education and transportation have become increasingly prominent. At the same time of China's rapid economic development, social problems have become increasingly prominent, effective prevention and resolution of social problems has become a top priority. Therefore, how to effectively prevent and solve a large number of social problems is an urgent problem to be solved in the theoretical circle.Social innovation has received widespread attention as an effective means of solving social problems and has gradually evolved into a global phenomenon. At present, the world is undergoing a huge economic and technological transformation. The rapidly developing"technology-economic" subsystem and the lagging "social-institution" subsystem are unbalanced and the contradictions are intensifying.Social innovation will become the leading force for future social development. However,China's social innovation strength is weak, social innovation lags behind and the practical results are insufficient. The social innovation in practice needs to be highly concerned and guided in theory.Whether in foreign or domestic, the literature has shown explosive growth in recent years.Social innovation is an emerging research direction in the field of management, but there are also many controversies.Based on the observation of management practice, combined with the literature reading of social innovation theory, further refine the specific scientific issues concerned by the thesis. That is,(I)Typological analysis of social innovation in enterprises during social transition:taking Zhejiang Province as an example;(?)Dynamic research on the path of corporate social innovation transformation;(III)Further study how companies can achieve balanced profitability and sociality through the governance of stakeholders under different social innovation transformation paths.Based on the research problems of this paper, based on the review of social innovation research system at home and abroad, this paper takes the listed companies in Zhejiang Province as a sample and adopts empirical clustering research to draw four types of corporate social innovation. On this basis,we choose the method of comparing cases to carry out the dynamic research of corporate social innovation transformation path and further explore how to achieve the goal of balancing profitability and sociality through the governance of stakeholders under different social innovation transformation paths. The main findings are as follows:(?)The types of enterprises based on dual objectives are classified into low-quality,high-profit,high-social and high-quality.In this paper, the profitability and sociality are divided into two types.According to the measured mean, the profitability and sociality are divided into two states. The K-means clustering method is used to divide the sample into four parts, and finally the low-quality type is obtained. There are four types:Low quality(low profitability and low social),high profitability(high profitability and low social),high social type(low profitability and high social)and high quality(high profitability and high social).(?)There are two types of typical transformation paths:high-profit type to high-quality type and high-social type to high-quality type.Based on the typology research, based on the stakeholder theory, through the comparative analysis of the two case companies,it is found that there are two typical transformation paths for corporate social innovation. The transformation path refers to the transition from high-profit to high-quality enterprises. The second is the transition from high social to high-quality enterprises.(3)There are differences in the stage of corporate social innovation for stakeholder governance.Through case study, this paper explores the dynamic process of corporate social innovation transformation according to the "pre-transformation—transformation process—post-transformation" overall research framework.research shows:?There are differences in stakeholder governance of different subject attributes at different stages of the enterprise.?Enterprise social innovation adopts the logic of identifying stakeholders, dividing main attributes and governance in the process of transformation. The main innovations of the paper mainly include two aspects:Contribution to the study of social innovation theory.First of all, this paper creatively constructs a corporate social innovation profitability and social evaluation index system. The quantitative method is used to supplement the existing qualitative research of social innovation, and a two-dimensional coordinate with profitability and sociality as the evaluation dimension is established.Secondly,it probes into the path transformation research of enterprise social innovation, and concludes that there are two kinds of transformation paths:high profit type to high quality type and high social type to high quality type.Contribution to stakeholder theoretical research.Based on the perspeetive of stakeholders, this paper proposes a framework for social innovation analysis, explores the transformation path of corporate social innovation, and combines specific cases to introduce stakeholder theory into the field of social innovation research. However, there are certain extensions in this paper:such as increasing the measurement dimension and increasing the objectivity of variable measurement, expanding the sample size to carry out statistical verification and expanding the stakeholder theory from individual level to relationship and network level.
