| As an important part of foreign trade,export trade has made tremendous contributions to promoting the development of China’s foreign trade.Since the Chinese economy entered the new normal,foreign trade is facing the dual pressures of domestic supply-side reforms and new trade protectionism in the field of international trade.The export trade situation is becoming increasingly severe.Export companies are facing more uncertainties and risks.Export credit insurance is an important tool for promoting the export trade of a country and guaranteeing the security of export enterprises’ foreign exchange collection,and can effectively reduce the possibility of export companies encountering risk losses.Under the new normal,studying the problems in the development of China’s export credit insurance can effectively improve the service level of export credit insurance so that it can better protect export companies and promote the development of China’s foreign trade under the new normal.The paper consists of seven parts.The first part mainly expounds the background of the creation of the article and the significance of the research,and reviews the research of domestic and foreign scholars,analyzes the innovations and shortcomings of the existing research results,and then the research content,research methods,difficulty and focus of this paper are put forward.The second part mainly describes the definition and connotation and characteristics of the new normal and export credit insurance,and elaborates several common theoretical foundations of export credit insurance.The third part elaborates the development course of China’s export credit insurance,and puts forward that China’s export credit insurance business has achieved significant results and there are deficiencies.The fourth part expounds the main problems faced by China’s export credit insurance,and analyzes the factors that restrict the development of China’s export credit insurance from three different perspectives: government,export companies,and export credit insurance companies.The fifth part analyzes the impact of export credit insurance on the quality and quantity of China’s export trade by collecting detailed data.The sixth part elaboratesthe development status and experience of developed country export credit insurance,and proposes beneficial experiments and excellent experiences in absorbing developed countries.The seventh part proposes and draws on the experiences of developed countries in combination with the previous analysis,and proposes specific measures and recommendations for promoting the development of China’s export credit insurance business under the new normal from the government,export credit insurance companies and enterprises. |
