Research On Green Development Evaluation Of Datong City

In the context of comprehensively promoting ecological civilization construction,the Chinese government has made green development an important topic in the "13th five-year plan".And green development has gradually become the leading direction of current and future development.Datong,as the coal capital,is an important national energy base with rich resources but fragile ecology.It needs to take into account the ecological environment while developing its economy.Therefore,it is of practical significance to conduct an evaluation and empirical study on the green development level of Datong and seek an effective development path.Therefore,based on the research status at home and abroad,this paper defines the concept of green development and sorts out the relevant theoretical basis.Referring to the authoritative indicator system at home and abroad,and combining with the actual situation of datong with the PSR model,the evaluation index system of green development in datong is constructed from the three dimensions of pressure,state and response.The relatively objective entropy weight method and factor analysis method were selected to make a comprehensive evaluation on the spatial difference and time evolution of green development in datong city from 2009 to 2017.According to the analysis of the current situation and evaluation results,some problems in the green development process of datong city are put forward.Although the green development of Datong city is getting better year by year,both the total economic volume and per capita GDP of datong city are relatively lower than similar coal-based resource cities in China.The green development index was between 0.3 and 0.65.What's more,there were 1 high level green development area,2 relatively high level areas,4 relatively low level areas,and 4 low level areas.The best is Nanjiao District and the worst is Guangling County.And there is a phenomenon of unbalanced development within the region and a large income gap between urban and rural areas.Although relevant departments are committed to green transformation,they are still unable to change the single industrial structure in Datong in a short period of time.Theutilization efficiency of energy and resources is low.The phenomenon of ecological environment destruction has not been fundamentally changed.Based on the results of evaluation and analysis,this paper proposes countermeasures and Suggestions from seven aspects to solve the existing problems in the green development of datong city.Accelerate green transformation and optimize industrial layout;Broaden the capital supply channels;To raise the level of science and technology and encourage independent innovation;Strengthen environmental protection;Improving relevant policies and systems for green development;We will strengthen publicity and education to build a green living system...
